My typical PULL session
Takes roughly 1hr 15mins
To make it more time efficient you can super set the last two exercises.

My two year gym transformation. Two years prior to this I did semi-regular bodyweight exercises, played a decent amount of sports and was fairly fit and active.

Starting to find love for #legday with the help of my #sbd knee sleeves.

Merged with some #pull #exercises since I missed my session yesterday. Adjustments made so I could get the most out of my session, mostly focusing on compound movements then isolation exercises in areas I wish to grow.

Note this is not Optimal but it is effective especially if you miss a session, helps you maintain and keeps you on your stride.

I always try and keep things simple. I find the simple easy to perform exercises usually tend to yield the best results, the trick is to make it challenging, you can experiment with tempo or weight based on your fitness level.

Back to my beginnings. I started my fitness journey doing body weighted exercises and fell completely in love with it.
*No trips to the gym
*No waiting in line for equipment
*Extremely time efficient
*Can easily be incorporated into a busy schedule.

My advice: it's a great way to start your fitness journey, it will condition your body for heavier lifts by instilling confidence in yourself and giving you the strength you need to perform weighted exercises safely. by @kweku_lifts
