When INFLOW Retreats was formed and we hosted our first offering in April 2024, we knew we were embarking on something truly special. As Coaches—Katrina Wiens, Lea Stillinger, Jennifer Klein, and Kyla Gent—we knew that we were at the start of something transformational...

And WOW, has the journey been inspiring! From online classes and workshops to integrating fascial maneuvers with other transformative modalities, our ideas have continued to FLOW. After two more back-to-back Retreats in the Fall of 2024, we returned with hearts full and spirits ignited, grounded in the profound connection that comes from being truly SEEN and SUPPORTED in community.

Over the past year, we’ve realized that what we’re offering is more than events—it’s a PLACE TO GATHER and TRANSFORM TOGETHER as a community. Healing happens in relationship, and when we come together the possibilities are abundant.

INFLOW has never just been about the FLOW; it’s about the PRESENCE—the BE. Together, we are a COLLECTIVE, co-creating every step of the way. So it feels right for INFLOW to now evolve into BeFLOW.

As we grow we change, and as we change we expand beyond the edges of our known reality. This is where the big gifts are waiting for us.

It’s been an amazing year so far and truly we are just getting started. Three full immersion fascial maneuvers retreats under our belt, numerous virtual events and workshops and weekly calls in the @humangarage community. So what’s next?!?

IN THE PAST, I avoided being photographed. My body would tense up, self doubt and judgement were AGREEMENTS I lived with.

Beliefs and perspectives have shifted and changed, and being part of the #humangarage #community has given me a SAFE space to REMEMBER and EXPLORE my authentic self. I GIVE MYSELF PERMISSION to open my 💜, and I CHOOSE to RECLAIM a path of authenticity.

I am grateful to the @gatherinflow team I have been co-creating with @kylajgent @leastillinger and @jen.serenity.now. Blessed that you trusted me with your hearts and forever changed because of our partnership. Thank you @thesoulsprouter for brining Dino Power transformation to my awareness.

To everyone that has joined calls, classes, workshops and retreats, I thank you! You have gifted me with an opportunity to grow my LOVE.

On the left… Oct 11, 2024 before leaving for Cancun to run two back to back INFLOW Fascial Retreats
On the right… Nov 15, 2024 this morning on my first full day home.

Feeling the elevation, transformation and flow of what I just witnessed, experiences and co-created in.

My gratitude runs deep for my team mates and co-facilitators… Katrina, Jen and Lea 🙏
and also our fabulous Oct/Nov INFLOW guest coach Theresa.

Doing this with all of you has changed me, moved me and awakened me to such love and aliveness. This is truly what it’s all about.

And to all those who said YES and joined us.

I breathe you into my breath and I continue to co-create with you in each magical moment even when we are no longer next to one another.
