Romans 5: 1-5 🕊
POSTS STORIES REELS
(1) Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, (2) through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. (3) And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; (4) and perseverance, character; and character, hope. (5) Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us. ‭‭Romans‬ ‭5‬:‭1‬-‭5‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ As Paul describes the blessings that are received by God's people through Jesus (1), a bigger revelation is met. I've came to the realization that a relationship with God is bigger than just getting to know God. A relationship with God means that the only way we have access to God AND His grace is through everlasting faith AND trust in Him (2). After 'the fall of man' we have to come to terms with the fact that we do not live in perfect harmony with God, as the way He intended it to be. Instead we live in a world full of sin and temptation pulling us away from Him. In this imperfect world, we will be faced with trials and tribulations that can often times frustrate and immobilize us. In these troubling times I will always be the first to tell you to be joyful in your times of worry because you know that God is working on you (3)! God gives His toughest battles to his strongest soldiers knowing that you are blessed and highly favored with the knowledge and ability to conquer anything this life throws at you. Anything that strikes you as a burden lay it down at Gods feet and he will take care of the rest. When God keeps showing up and showing out, the relationship you have with Him grows and flourishes into a beautiful unbreakable bond that will last for an eternity (4)! Which sounds amazing but not without fact. The only way we can have this amazing relationship is through the blood that was shed on the cross by my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ (5)! I don't have a lot to say about these past 4 years other than; ~ I wouldn't be here without His Love and Mercy ~ 📸: @oscar_camejo by @kylanwins
“But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you,” ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭5‬:‭44‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ by @kylanwins
