A second quiet morning during Climate Week NYC. A singing bowl, the Japanese Way of Tea, hand-whisked matcha, and open conversation across generations. The same three themes guided the room: the next generation, education, and mental health. Grateful to Shirley Choo for hosting and curating the ceremony with such care. Thank you to every guest who slowed down with us. More quiet encounters to come. 🍵 #ClimateWeekNYC #NextGen #TRIIBE #TeaCeremony #MentalHealth by @kyle_matthys

Co-Founder and VP of Innovation & Impact, Leo Sharma joins Kyle Matthys, Founder and CEO of TRIIBE at Digital Cooperation Day 2026 for a 3-minute conversation on the young entrepreneurs. Standing together on the inaugaural day of #UNGA in New York, they discussed how TRIIBE operates as a platform designed to support early-stage, youth-led non-profits and social impact founders. Kyle shared the core motivations behind establishing TRIIBE, pointing to a distinct gap in global philanthropy where young changemakers often struggle to secure sustainable funding and structural backing. He emphasized the importance of ensuring youth leaders have the resources needed to scale their work long-term without burning out. Looking ahead, Kyle outlined plans to expand TRIIBE’s international support networks and connect grassroots youth projects with institutional capital.
