Meet Sami Tadros

Sami Tadros, DPT, MS, ATC, is a Staten Island native and sports physical therapist and certified athletic trainer specializing in sports rehabilitation, orthopedic injuries, injury prevention, and athletic performance.

With over eight years of sports medicine experience and seven years in outpatient orthopedics, Sami has worked with Rutgers Men’s Basketball, Women’s Field Hockey, Baseball, and Wagner Men’s Basketball, as well as professional athletes from USA gymnastics, NBA, NFL, and MLB.

His dual background in physical therapy and athletic training allows him to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance. He focuses on identifying movement deficits, restoring strength and mobility, and developing individualized, sport-specific programs that prepare athletes for the demands of competition.

From developing athletes to collegiate and professional competitors, Sami’s goal is simple: help every athlete return stronger, more confident, and ready to perform at their highest level. by @kynetiqedge_

Meet Ace Frianeza, PT, OCS

I’m Ace Frianeza, a Physical Therapist and Orthopedic Certified Specialist dedicated to helping people move better, perform at their highest level, and confidently return to the activities they love.

Since becoming a physical therapist in September 2023, I’ve had the opportunity to work with adolescents through senior adults across a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. My clinical experience includes sports-related injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, osteoarthritis, and general pain conditions.

My passion lies at the intersection of rehabilitation and performance training. I have a particular connection with runners—from long-distance marathoners to sprinters—and enjoy helping athletes build the strength, mobility, capacity, and confidence necessary to perform and stay healthy.

My clinical interests include:

Distance running & sprint performance
ACL reconstruction & meniscus rehabilitation
Shoulder instability, dislocations & AC joint injuries
Sports-related orthopedic injuries
Cervical & lumbar radiculopathy
Post-operative rehabilitation
Strength & performance development
Osteoarthritis & chronic musculoskeletal conditions

Outside of the clinic, I practice what I preach. I’m passionate about marathon running, snowboarding, road cycling, hiking, camping, exploring national parks, and traveling.

My goal is simple: bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, returning to sport, chasing a personal record, or simply looking to move and perform better, I want to help you build the capacity to do it.

Rehab with purpose. Train with intention. Perform with confidence.

KYNETIQ Edge is for athletes and active adults who have finished rehabilitation, but still don’t feel fully prepared to return to sport, training, or the activities they love.

We bridge the gap from rehab to performance through movement assessments, individualized training programs, objective progress tracking, and ongoing coaching.

I’m Dr. Jatinder Singh, a sports physical therapist, performance coach, and co-founder of KYNETIQ Edge. We created this platform because being pain-free and completing everyday activities doesn’t always mean someone is ready to lift, run, jump, cut, or compete again.

Outside of coaching, I love playing basketball and am currently training for a powerlifting meet. Being an athlete myself continues to shape how I approach performance: test, train with purpose, and prepare for the demands that matter to you.

Our goal is to help you move beyond recovery and return stronger, more confident, and better prepared.

Follow @kynetiqedge_ to learn more about the team, our approach, and how we help bridge the gap from rehab to performance.

Your Achilles needs more than stretching. It needs loading.

Progressive tendon loading helps improve the Achilles tendon’s mechanical properties, load tolerance, and capacity to store and release energy during running and jumping.

Through progressive resistance training, heavy slow resistance, and plyometric loading, we can develop the strength and elastic function needed for high-performance movement.

Attention, upper-extremity athletes: Does your road-back-to-performance program include this?

Whether you’re a baseball, volleyball, football athlete or a powerlifter, scapular stability and rotator cuff (RTC) strength are essential for optimizing shoulder performance, maintaining control, and meeting the physical demands of your sport.

Building strength and control helps support dynamic shoulder stability and efficient force transfer. Upward scapular rotation is essential for overhead movement, allowing the scapula and humerus to coordinate during throwing, pressing, and lifting.

Build stability. Improve control. Return to performance.
