Top 4 Calisthenics equipment you actually need🔥

1. Pull-Up Bar
• The best way to build your back, biceps, and grip strength.
• Essential for pull-ups, chin-ups, muscle-up progressions, and hanging core exercises.
• Pretty much the foundation of upper-body calisthenics.

2. Dip Bars
• Amazing for building your chest, shoulders, and triceps.
• Great for dips, L-sits, tuck planches, and bodyweight core work.
• Gives you more exercise options than just a pull-up bar.

3. Parallettes
• Easier on your wrists than training on the floor.
• Great for L-sits, handstands, planche progressions, and deeper push-ups.
• Makes learning skills a lot more comfortable.

4. Resistance Bands
• Perfect for assisted pull-ups and learning harder skills.
• Add resistance to exercises when bodyweight gets too easy.
• One of the best tools for warming up and preventing injuries.

These four pieces of equipment cover almost everything you need to get stronger, build muscle, and progress in calisthenics without needing a gym.
