The goal is to get 1% better every day. by @l_rolle29

More than a football retreat… this was an investment in the next generation. 💯🏈

We trained the body, sharpened the mind, and built better athletes from the inside out.

🧠 Mental Health & Mindset
🥗 Nutrition & Fueling Performance
🩹 Injury Prevention & Recovery
⚡ Speed, Movement & Performance Training

Because great athletes aren’t built by football alone—they’re built through discipline, education, resilience, and the habits they develop off the field.

This wasn’t just about making plays…
It was about making young men better for life.

Until next year… the work never stops. 🔥

Off-man coverage ain’t just about speed—it’s about patience, discipline, and breaking on the ball with bad intentions. 🏈⚡

Teaching these young athletes how to stay square, trust their feet, shoot there hands, and make plays.
