My @potterypaintress alter-ego at @vesting_bourtange ... wearing my 17th century-style working-class clothes and showing off my ceramics at de slag om Bourtange.

I made this outfit many years ago and while it still fits me, my body must have changed and it's no longer as comfortable as it used to be. So alterations will be needed... or perhaps it's time for a new sewing project 🤔

Bohužel nemám foto, které by vystihlo salonek vymalovaný jako stan, na ten se budete muset někdy zajet podívat osobně. by @la_ornamentalista

The pictures by @louisascottphotography bring back the spectacular night of the Royal Pavilion Grand Regency Ball.

Being in a beautiful space like that with like-minded and beautifully dressed people feels like travelling in time. It's wonderful how some people manage to bring people together - thank you @pinsent_tailoring for doing this. ❤️🌹

Which fan?
Brown or white?

While the white one is closer in size to historical originals, I decided to use the brown and gold paper one this time.

Both decorated by me. While the designs are inspited by historical fans, the shapes are modern.

What a beautiful event the Grand Regency Ball at the Royal Pavilion in Brighton was. Hard to believe it's over and we're all heading to our homes across the world.

Breathtaking interiors, beautifully dressed people, excellent music, good dancing, delicious food....

I'm happy I managed to finish both outfits in time for the event.

Thank you @pinsent_tailoring for making this happen.

I can't believe it's over.
The picture was taken before the Grand Royal Pavilion Ball organised by @pinsent_tailoring.

Outfits finished in time. The ball was magnificent. Now off to bed. More pictures later.

A lovely memory of the ball in Krakow taken by @mariamizgalo

This purple dress is the first regency dress I made for myself. After all the years, I still enjoy wearing it. This year, I had to take out the faux chiffon chemisette which was starting to show much wear and tear and replaced it with an actual silk chemisette of slightly heavier silk.
