Bodybuilding: known as a sport and lifestyle focused on developing one’s muscles through resistance training, diet, and recovery for aesthetic purposes, such as achieving muscle size, symmetry, and definition.

My bodybuilding these days: still resistance training to ensure my muscles are being supported, still “dieting” as in ensuring my baby and I are properly getting our nutrients, achieving muscle symmetry to avoid overcompensating and develop pain from my growing body, and aesthetics??? I mean how much more aesthetic and perfect is this growing belly carrying my baby girl???
