Did! You! Know! Even tho I’ve been less active on @la_rosebud I have still been making and teaching ceramics, just shifting focusing towards launching various @laclaydate weekly programming at @juniorhighla! The project is to create accessible ceramic education outside of institutions for peeps of all ages. It’s a low-stakes and welcoming environment to experiment and to have fun with an ancient art medium. It’s a place to meet other sweet angels and to make some brain space for you through art making. Plz follow @laclaydate or at least check out the link in bio for our upcoming classes!

Here’s my class schedule for the month:
💌 2/7 Sat. 12-4pm Clay Date
💌 2/9-3/2 6:30-8:30pm Mondays for Intro to Boxes!
💌 2/12 + 2/26 6-9pm for Healing with Clay (pay-what-you-can admission)

You can always DM me or email me for more accessible pricing info!! We want you there- don’t hesitate just because of $$$! 🫶🏼 taken in Junior High by @juniorhighla

There's only a few days left to get tickets to join our resident Clay Artist, Chelsie Rivera, for this hands-on beginner ceramic workshop. Attendees will learn how to build the challenging form of Candelabras, which is a multi-branched candle holder that can be used to decorate and illuminate a home table scape. Bring intention to the fall season with this specialty workshop!

Great for those who are looking for access to ceramics, clay friends, or sharpening your skill set! No experience necessary. by @juniorhighla

Check out these classes I’m teaching this month! One of my greatest childhood memories (and first experiences with clay) was going to color-me-mine and painting little fairy figurines ✨ I hope to recreate and spread that joy by introducing Paint Nights! Swing by to glaze fun slip casted ceramic pots by @pottery.byash on Tuesdays 9/8 & 9/22!! Or come to Healing with Clay 9/10 & 9/24 for a low stakes environment to practice your clay skills :)

💌 RSVP on the jr hi website or through the link in @laclaydate’s bio 🌟 taken in Junior High by @juniorhighla

🚨UPDATE 📣 There is LESS THAN 1 WEEK LEFT in the Summer Membership Drive! Curator and lead Clay Date instructor Chelsie is here to talk to about some of her favorite programs at Junior High. Help us reach $4,000 in memberships on @patreon so that these incredible arts opportunities don’t wind up on the chopping block! These communal opportunities to sculpt and quilt together really illustrates the Junior High mission. We’d hate for it to end because of the systematic disinvestment from arts institutions in the last year that is infringing on Junior High’s ability to exist. by @juniorhighla
