Let’s talk about growth 😍🥰 our 1st grand opening and now God has blessed us with a second one.

Philippians 4:19
And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

It all started around 6years ago. I always worked out but never consistent. A little walking and running here and there. Never extreme with keeping up in the gym.

In 2020 after I had my 2nd baby, my hubby was taking some pictures of me and I hated every single last one. The next day I started working out at home with a 2year old and exclusively breastfeeding my 7month old.

I wanted to take it up a notch so I joined the gym. I started looking really great and we decided to have our 3rd baby. In 2024 I gave birth and I went down the rabbit hole of Postpartum Depression. With God, my husband, and amazing family and friends I got through it.

It’s been 2 years since I gave birth and I feel like this is the best version of myself I have ever been.

The only advice I have for you is to keep going, don’t feel embarrassed in the gym, if you don’t know how to use a machine, ask one of the trainers there, look it up, or watch people at the gym & do research on proper form.

Listen to your body, stop if it hurts, sore bodies=keep going, create a schedule and a goal, go to the gym and decapitate it!!!

Just start and in 2years you’ll be grateful you decided to start this journey.

I can around with the kids, my giant son can jump on my back and I will not tumble 🤣 by @labelle_rica

Record yourself at the gym especially if you’re in a area without mirrors. It helps me improve my posture.
