Nature documentary that should not be missed - corgis in the wild! 🤣

(Ok for reals tho does anyone else’s dog play like this?!) by @lacorgi

How to groom a corgi: line-combing! Many people think maintaining nice fur is about giving frequent baths, but the secret is combing on a regular basis to get the loose hairs out and distribute natural oils for extra shine. Geordi rarely gets a bath (maybe once every 6 weeks) but the combing keeps his coat looking beautiful!

Special thanks to @sauteed_sass who gives me the best grooming tips! 💛 by @lacorgi

This is the first thing I saw when I arrived at the Pembroke Welsh Corgi Club of America national specialty this week. Just an incredible group of corgis and their owners/handlers competing in team obedience. So impressive!!

I also didn’t realize until now that the teams were dressed in themes. 🤣 by @lacorgi

The new outfits were 🔥 but let’s face it, they also looked like delicious burritos 🤣

(I had major FOMO watching all the fancam clips from Bogotá last night!)

I may not be athletic enough to join my friends’ pickleball league but hey this still counts as exercise right?!?! 🪰🏸 by @lacorgi

📣 Bark Jacobs (custom pet portraits) at @marcjacobs is happening now! 👜 We had an amazing experience at Marc Jacobs in Century City — an artist paints your pet’s portrait on a leather bag right there in the store. It only took about 15 minutes. 🤯 And the store is SO dog-friendly, which I always appreciate!

You can book your appt in person or remote at centurycity@marcjacobs.com. Bark Jacobs is running for three weekends starting TODAY.

I have a confession - I’ve somehow gone deep down the BTS rabbit hole the past couple of weeks and I think I am… BABY ARMY?! 🤯 As a result, Geordi, Scotty and Lana have been watching BTS content daily with me, and they’re ready to make some decisions about who their bias is. 🫰💜

For years I could not understand why this random Korean boy band was so popular and why they are SO beloved all over the world by people of all ages. But I GET IT NOW. I’ve heard a saying “BTS finds you when you need them the most” and I can confirm this to be true.

Of course, if you’re also a fan, please tell me: who’s YOUR bias?

My corgi likes to watch farming content before bed. 🚜🐄 by @lacorgi

We took a whirlwind trip to Colorado for the Pembroke Welsh Corgi Club of the Rockies Specialty Show, and I’m still on cloud nine! 🤩 I was honored to handle Scotty’s beautiful granddaughter Joni, and she just exceeded all our expectations by coming away with:

⭐ Best Opposite Sex in Sweeps under judge Rebecca Williams (Coventry) and
⭐ Winners B*tch / Best Puppy / Best of Winners under judge Yolanda Lininger (Linincorgi) for a 5-point major!!! What a way to earn her first points! 🎉

Big thank you to the PWCCR club members who worked so hard to host an amazing specialty. This club really knows how to put on a good show!

Joni’s AKC registered name is Bigelbach’s Golden Charm, and she is owned by my friend Natalia Silveyra, who has been doing a fabulous job raising her very first show dog. 💛

What a haul sheesh!!!

Joni’s sweepstakes win photo with judge Rebecca Williams 💛

Relaxing between showing! The purple coat is to help her hair stay nice and flat while shes resting.

So happy that Scotty’s granddaughter Joni ended up with the best owner Natalia!!! Can’t wait to see what the future holds for team Joni 💛

Our flight back to LA got delayed a bunch of times due to some crazy Denver weather, so Joni got to enjoy a well-deserved massage from @crossed_paws_massage to cap off her fabulous weekend!
