Să cresc așa o fată cu un caracter atât de puternic de mică va fi o adevărată provocare! 👧🏻 by @lady.d.style

If I could choose one soul to find me in every lifetime, it would always be yours. ❤️

My daughter, you may never know how much of my heart walks around outside my body because of you.

If I had to live this life a million times, through every joy and every storm, I would still want to be your mama.

In this life, and every life after. Always you. 🤍

Hello Mommas outhere, how do you explain to someone that they are the best thing that ever happened to you? ❤️ If you had just 1 sentence how would you say it? 🤱🏻

Don’t blink… one day, these tiny hands won’t fit in yours anymore. 🥹🤍”

If you’re a mom, hold them a little longer tonight. These are the days we’ll wish we could relive. 🥹✨

Be honest, mamas… 🥹❤️ If you could freeze ONE moment of your child’s life forever, which moment would it be? Tell me in the comments. 👇

Maybe we're all just tiny pieces of the universe, trying to find something that makes us feel infinite.

❤️🦵 THE SECOND HEART MUSCLE — THE SOLEUS!

Did you know you have a muscle in your calves that plays an important role in helping blood circulate back toward your heart? 🤯

🔥 Try this simple exercise: 1️⃣ Stand with your feet flat on the floor. 2️⃣ Rise onto your tiptoes. 3️⃣ Hold for 2 seconds. 4️⃣ Lower slowly and repeat 20 times.

💡 Why does it matter? The soleus muscle helps support blood circulation, and research suggests that activating it may help your muscles use glucose for energy.

✨ Small movements can make a difference! Combine regular physical activity with balanced nutrition for better overall metabolic health.

⚠️ This exercise is not a proven standalone treatment for high blood sugar and does not replace medical advice or prescribed medication.

👇 Did you know about the soleus muscle before today? Comment YES or NO!

📌 Save this Reel and share it with someone who needs this reminder!

Trust me, beautiful soul… 🤍✨

You will get there. Maybe not today, maybe not as quickly as you hoped. But every step, every lesson, and even every detour is part of your journey.

Don’t rush your becoming. Don’t compare your chapter to someone else’s story.

Right now, you are here. And here is beautiful. 🌸

Trust the timing. Trust yourself. Your moment will come. 🩷

With love,

It feels like yesterday you were just 4 months old… and now you’re already 1 year and 4 months. 🥹🤍

Time flies, little one, but these precious memories will stay in my heart forever. Every tiny smile, every little detail, every moment of watching you grow is a gift I’ll always treasure. ✨

You’ll never be this little again, but you’ll always be my baby. 🤍

Healing my inner child👧🏻 : To the little girl I used to be… 🤍

I wish I could go back and tell you that you were always enough, that you deserved all the love and tenderness you needed.

I can't change your childhood, but as I raise my child, I'm learning to raise you, too. 🥹

Maybe motherhood isn't just about raising our little ones. Maybe it's also about healing the little girls we once were. 🤍

To every mama healing while raising her little one: you're not alone.

💬 Has motherhood helped you heal parts of yourself you didn't even know were hurting?

🐛 Would you hold this tiny creature in your hand? 👀

Nature is full of little wonders that make us stop, look closer, and appreciate the incredible details we often miss. 🌿✨
Look at those tiny golden hairs and fascinating patterns! 😍 Sometimes, the smallest creatures are the most extraordinary.
Now I'm curious… 👇
💕 TEAM CURIOUS — I'd love to take a closer look! 🙈 TEAM KEEP YOUR DISTANCE — Beautiful, but definitely from afar!

We spend so much of our lives waiting for the next chapter…
without realizing that one day, we’ll wish we could go back to an ordinary Tuesday, an ordinary walk, an ordinary little moment like this.

Maybe the ordinary moments are the ones we should hold onto the tightest. 🤍
