Told Legacy I was the bottle flip champ in this house... she said “prove it” 😤🧃

I landed one. She landed two, one of them lying back on a beanbag like it was nothing 😂 I’m demanding a rematch 🏆

Life’s a lot like a bottle flip. You miss, you laugh, you adjust, and you go again. Legacy reminds me of that every day ❤️

Happy Tuesday..
Baby edges slayed by Me 🥰 by @lahunt__

If you only fix ONE thing… make it THIS.

Your ENERGY.

It’s Saturday. You made it through the work week, you’re probably tired, and it would be easy to carry that same exhausted energy into your weekend.

But look at Legacy. 😂

She woke up like LIFE IS GOOD and something amazing is about to happen.

Maybe that’s the reminder some of us needed today.

Sometimes God uses children to remind us of the spirit we should be carrying.

Joy.
Expectation.
Excitement.
Gratitude.

Before anything GOOD even happens.

You don’t always need your circumstances to change first.

Sometimes YOU shift first.

And when your energy shifts, the way you experience your life starts shifting with it.

So before you keep scrolling, speak this over your day:

“Something wonderful is going to happen to me today.”

Now drop that affirmation in the comments and say it like you EXPECT it. 🙏🏽

Something wonderful is going to happen to me today.

Daddy asked me if I wanted to stop… I said NO. 😂

Was I tired? YES.
Did my legs hurt? YES.
Was I stopping? NOPE!

I don’t really know what “resilience” means yet… but Daddy says it means you keep going even when something gets hard.

So I guess I’m resilient. 😌

Today I ran my 5K, and when I got tired, I just kept putting one foot in front of the other.

Daddy always tells me I can do hard things.

And today I proved it to myself. 💪🏽💕

If you’re proud of me, tell me “KEEP GOING LEGACY!” in the comments. 🏃🏽‍♀️✨

Let me show y’all how I do my baby edges before school. 💁🏽‍♀️

First, you gotta get your edge control.
Then you gotta brush ’em down.
Then you swoop ’em JUST right.

And yes… I do my own edges. 😂

Because if my baby edges ain’t right, I’m not ready for school yet.

Did I do a good job?

Follow me because I got more tutorials coming! 😂

POV: Your dad turns EVERYTHING into a workout. 😂💪🏽

Rock. Paper. Scissors.
Loser does push-ups.

And before y’all start… YES, she’s 6. 😂

But around here, you lose the round… you hit the ground.

All jokes aside, some of the best lessons don’t have to come from a lecture.

Sometimes they come through play.

Learn how to compete.
Learn how to lose.
Learn how to get back up.
Learn that you don’t always get your way.
And most importantly—learn how to have FUN through it all.

I’m not just raising a daughter.

I’m helping build a strong, confident, resilient young woman—one push-up at a time. 😂💪🏽❤️

Blessings From Legacy 🙏🏽 by @lahunt__

BABY BOOTCAMP was officially in session. 😂💪🏽❤️

Legacy and my goddaughter Bailee are only 6, so this isn’t about lifting heavy or trying to turn them into little athletes overnight.

It’s about planting seeds early.

Teaching them that moving your body is fun.
That being strong is something to be proud of.
That we finish what we start.
That we encourage each other.
And that taking care of the body God gave you is A WAY OF LIFE.

Today’s Baby Bootcamp:
Crawl-outs + dumbbell press • Walking lunges • Kettlebell upright rows • Partner sit-ups

They thought we were just working out and having fun.

I know we’re building habits, confidence and memories that can last a lifetime.

Because LEGACY isn’t just what you leave FOR them…

It’s what you leave IN them. ❤️

Train up a child ❤️🙌🏽

What we repeatedly speak, think, and believe matters.

So this morning, me and my two little ladies decided to put some GOOD energy into the atmosphere. 🙌🏽

Happy thoughts. Happy hearts. Happy cells.

They might think we’re just singing a fun little song…

But I’m teaching them something bigger:

Speak life over yourself.
Be grateful for your body.
Choose joy on purpose.
And never underestimate the power of starting your day with the right mindset.

These are the little moments they may not fully understand today—but I pray become part of who they are tomorrow.

We’re officially joining the #HappyCellSongChallenge. 😂❤️

Who else is singing this song every morning now? 👇🏽
Thank you to
