One of my best days in #dubaifitnesschallenge30x30 .. together we raise, together we believe in hope, together we show the world that ambitions have no limits .. thank you @heroes_of_hope_ for brightening my day I loved every moment of that session .. specially the last part asking for one more song 😉😉🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 by @laila.h0302

And we keep cycling with a big smile on our faces (kind of forced to 🤣🤣🤣) .. we keep pushing our limits .. we keep enjoying the sweating moments .. the big life puzzle is made of these beautiful memories, it’s all we will remember .. #dubaifitnesschallenge30x30 #stayfitdontquit #pushyourself #sweat .. The golden rules for my classes (only 3 😉) 1. We start together, we finish together. 2. We push ourselves and our limits, we want to get stronger. 3. The most important one: enjoy the beats and LETS HAVE FUN! by @laila.h0302

What life feels like for the past few years … two jobs, a heart full of gratitude, a peaceful mind, and happiness in the little things. 🤍🌿 Busy days, a grateful soul, and the beautiful feeling of being surrounded by love, genuine people who appreciate me, believe in me, and lift me up. 🫶🏼✨
Protecting my peace, choosing joy, growing through life, and appreciating the people who make this journey even more beautiful. Because real happiness is not just about what you achieve, but also about the love you feel and the peace you carry within. 🕊️🤍

Sweat, strength, and Arab pride 🇲🇦🇪🇬❤️
Our spin classes ware about celebrating Morocco and Egypt for their incredible World Cup journeys. So proud of both teams for representing with heart, resilience, and determination.
Just a quick reminder .. Being Arab means cheering each other on, celebrating every victory, and standing together through every challenge. Here’s to unity, passion, and making history—on the field and in the studio 🌍🚴‍♀️

World Cup Kickoff is here, and we’re taking the ride around the globe! 🌎🚴‍♀️⚽
Week 1 kicked off with the vibrant energy of Brazil 🇧🇷—bold colours, big beats, and unforgettable rides. But no matter where this cycling journey takes us, a piece of my heart will always wave the Moroccan flag. 🇲🇦❤️
We will keep celebrating more countries, cultures, and the spirit of the beautiful game, one themed ride at a time 🚴🏻‍♀️🚴🏻‍♀️🚴🏻‍♀️

Thank you 2025! Nothing was random, Nothing was wasted.
Every gain lifted me, every loss humbled me, every lesson reshaped my heart,
and every achievement reminded me of Allah’s mercy!
Every experience was written with purpose long before I understood it:
There were moments of ease and moments of patience, but through it all, Allah was guiding, protecting, and preparing me.
What came to me was never by chance,
and what left was never without wisdom.
I enter 2026 trusting Allah’s timing more than my own, holding onto the same values that ground me: with a softer heart, stronger faith, and a clearer soul.
Still growing. Still learning. Still becoming a better version of myself by His will alone.
May 2026 bring more peace, health, positivity, and prosperity to my life and to my beloved ones. Alhamdulillah ✨ by @laila.h0302

It was a story written with sweat, laughter, and unstoppable energy.
Every frame in this video captures a moment, and every moment holds a win.
Thank you to every soul who showed up, lit up the room, and made it unforgettable. ❤️🔥 by @laila.h0302

It all started with a dream… and turned into strength, growth, and an unbreakable bond 🚴‍♀️🔥

The three of us began this cycling course with one shared goal. We pushed through the challenges, learned with determination, and supported each other every step of the way. What started as a journey of passion became a story of resilience, principles, and beautiful friendship.

A heartfelt thank you to Coach @henriquecycling your patience, your guidance, and the knowledge you shared with us were beyond valuable. You didn’t just train us; you empowered us.

And a special thank you to @gemmaquinnell , the amazing soul who believed in us and gave us this opportunity. You opened a new door of experience, introduced us to clubs that welcomed us afterward, and stood quietly behind the scenes making everything possible. You truly are the unsung hero of this course.

This isn’t the end… it’s just the beginning ✨ by @laila.h0302
