What does community look like?

It’s showing up for each other, pushing through the tough days, laughing through the challenges, and cheering each other on for one more round.

We are truly inspired by every woman who steps onto these mats. Our girl gang is growing, and we couldn’t be prouder! 🤍

Kimmy and Kim are the OGs of Lake Mohawk MMA. They welcomed us with friendly smiles, but don’t let that fool you… those smooth takedowns and tight grips are no joke! 😂👏

Life gets busy, and between work, schedules, and everything in between, sometimes all it takes is a little push to show up. You never know how much of an impact that one step can make or how inspiring it can be to someone else.

Keep showing up. Keep growing. Find your people on the mats.

Judo vs Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Watch a high level Judoka go against a high level brown belt in a Judo session. #bjj #brazilianjiujitsu #judo #judoka #lakemohawkmma by @lakemohawkmma

It’s sad how universally relatable this is, but also kind of hilarious. Anyway…

Come roll with us! Whether you’re a seasoned grappler or just curious to try something new, there’s a place for you on the mats. Good vibes, strong rolls, and a community that lifts each other up. ✨
