Susan looking fabulous in her new custom tailored denim coat made by me. I don't do commissions much any more & she was so patient waiting for it to be complete.
This coat is fully lined in kasha satin, and has 7 fitting darts to give her that beautiful hour glass shape. The flared hem gives her lots of ease for walking.
The fabric is, of course, the star of the show but that fit is awesome.
I love to sew, I love to see the joy on clients faces when they receive a piece they have only envisioned come to life. Come & see me when you want to learn how to create this magic yourself ✨️🌟

My shirt had a hole & now it has a sunshine 🌞 Today it is called "visible mending" but my mom used to fix holes in our clothes with beautiful little patches and embroidery way before it was a trend. I remember a 2 piece vest & pants in purple #fortrel that mom appliqued a pink flower onto after I wore a hole in the knee 🌸
I am teaching a visible mending class on January 10 at the studio, if you woukd like to learn how.

Easy fitting with a waist smoothing yoke & drawstring & pockets too! They are so comfy, I made mine in 100% cotton interlock because i love natural fibre & the colour is fabulous!
