EcoView Retreat 🍃 by @lana_faulkner_

Welcome to ‘Hillhaven Estate’, a gated mountaintop estate set across 20 private acres, commanding completely unobstructed panoramic views stretching from Brisbane CBD to the Pacific Ocean and across the entire Gold Coast skyline. With a full-size tennis court, basketball court, commercial-grade gym, seven-seater spa, and infrared sauna, this is a luxury self-contained resort where leaving is entirely optional. The jewel is an architecturally designed three-sided infinity-edge pool that mirrors the blue horizon of the ocean behind it. More at ppau.live/hillhavenestate

📍31 Mole Ave, Southport

Known for his considered approach to residential architecture, Stuart Osman’s influence is evident in the way the home has been transformed. Rather than allowing the original character to dictate the limitations of the space, the design embraces its heritage and builds upon it. Carefully considered transitions, an abundance of natural light and a remarkable connection between indoor and outdoor spaces create a home that feels entirely cohesive, where every element has its place and purpose. by @lana_faulkner_
