🍕 My culinary journey took me to Downers Grove, Illinois, for an exclusive media event at Lantern Pizza Co.!

The evening was all about great food, warm hospitality, and getting a firsthand look at Lantern Pizza Co.’s new dining room. From sampling menu favorites to watching fresh mozzarella being made right before my eyes, it was a wonderful opportunity to appreciate the craftsmanship behind the flavors. 🧀🍕

Our fan-favorite MUSHROOM MADNESS is BACK!! 🍄‍🟫🔥🍕

Fresh mozzarella, toasted garlic, a medley of portobello, shiitake, oyster, & button mushrooms roasted with shallots, rosemary & thyme … finished with a drizzle of LPCo.’s lemon-infused olive oil.

Ridiculously delicious & waits for NO ONE!

Here for a limited time… while supplies last! ❤️‍🔥

Don’t Tell Mama… 🤫🍕

12” house-made gluten-free crust, fresh arugula, shaved Parmesan, prosciutto tossed in lemon oil + a balsamic drizzle to finish.

And because GF deserves some extra love, we’ve got a dedicated mixer, dedicated GF prep station, dedicated staff member, separate GF oven + individual pans for our gluten-free pizzas.

P.S. It’s okay to tell Mama how good it is… 🔥🤭
