One of the things we treasure most about our Lanti family is the way this community loves one another. We celebrate together, walk through hard things together, and when someone we love needs a little extra support, we come together in a BIG way.

Today, we have a happy update to share! Following his recent surgery for cancer, Mr. Michael is on the road to recovery. We are so glad to hear he is doing well, and while he takes some time to rest and get back to feeling his best, we’d love to surround him and his wife, Summer, with a little extra Lanti love.

Mr. Michael has poured so much love, joy, and care into our students over the years. We know just how much he means to so many of you, and now it’s our turn to pour some of that love right back into him and Summer.

If you’d like to help brighten their days, we will be collecting donations at the studio. Gift cards and other thoughtful goodies are welcome! We’ll have specific suggestions and information available at the front desk for anyone interested in participating. Notes, messages of encouragement, and well wishes are always welcome, too!

Of course, participating is completely optional. We simply wanted to give our studio family an opportunity to show Mr. Michael and Summer how much they are loved and appreciated.

Let’s fill their days with a little extra kindness, encouragement, and reminders that they have an entire studio family cheering them on.

We love you, Mr. Michael and Summer! by @lantiperformingarts

It’s THANKSVEMBER at Lanti!

What makes your heart happy? What are YOU thankful for? It’s time to share your “gourd”itude!

From family and friends to puppies, pizza, rainbows, video games, and everything in between, we want to hear it all!

Stop by the Lanti lobby throughout November and leave a November Note on one of our pumpkins.

Write something you LOVE, something you’re THANKFUL for, or a little reminder of what makes you smile.

And here’s the fun part! Before Thanksgiving, we’ll gift these pumpkins to our amazing Lanti staff, filled with little reminders of all the wonderful things our students and their caregivers love.

Let’s fill our Lanti pumpkin patch with kindness, gratitude, and a whole lot of love… because gratitude is always in season!

And we’ll go first! We are SO thankful for the local small businesses that support us and our community! A huge thank-you to @wiseacresorganic for the gorgeous pumpkins filling our studio and making our Pumpkin Patch of Gratitude possible. Wise Acres is a truly one of a kind organic farm. From strawberry season and blueberry season to pumpkins, and soon Christmas tree season, they bring so much joy to our community all year long! Between the stunning @bloomin_at_wiseacres flower fields, delicious pizza from @wisepiewoodfired , and all the little seasonal adventures, there’s always something special happening.

We’re so lucky to have local businesses like yours growing alongside our community. Thank you for supporting Lanti! We’re feeling extra “gourd”ful!

… And we think we’ve really squashed it with this November tradition!

HELLO, NOVEMBER!

It’s officially PRODUCTION MONTH for our How to Train Your Dragon Jr. The Musical (say that 5x fast) and we could not be more excited!

November is packed with all kinds of Lanti fun, and we have a LOT happening! From bringing How to Train Your Dragon Jr. The Musical to the stage (it’s almost showtime!!), to our free Mommy & Me class at Indian Trail Town Hall, another exciting field trip with our Homeschool Hub, and our Sitzprobe, where our Great Comet pit crew gets to perform alongside our senior cast for the very first time!

And that’s not all! Our group classes and private lessons are continuing, keeping our students learning, creating, and making music all the way up to Thanksgiving break.

A few things to remember:

That’s a wrap on October!

First things first… HAPPY HALLOWEEN! Whether you’re trick-or-treating, handing out candy, or enjoying a spooky night in, we hope everyone has a fun and safe evening. Remember to look both ways before crossing the street.

What a month it’s been at Lanti! October was filled with a little bit of everything: rehearsals, community, creativity, and SO many reasons to celebrate!

Socktober was a HUGE success! Thanks to the generosity of our incredible community, we collected SO many socks for Community Shelter of Union County. We can’t wait to deliver your donations and help keep our neighbors warm this winter. And the good news? The sock banner can officially retire, which means no more socks bonking you on the head. Thank you, November!

Our 9th Annual Lanti Bonfire brought everyone together for a night of laughter, basketball, campfire performances, and marshmallows.

Lanti Spirit Week brought out everyone’s creative side!

We also loved seeing so many of our students shine in their school chorus and theater productions. We love cheering you on, both on and off our stage!

And our Homeschool Hub took its FIRST field trip to the Carolina Raptor Center! A little learning, a little exploring, and some pretty amazing feathered friends.

October, you certainly didn’t miss a beat! From giving back to making memories, we’re so grateful for this community that makes everything we do a little more magical.

Now it’s time to turn the page, warm up those vocal cords, and welcome November. The show must go on!

There’s a whole lot happening behind the scenes!

From rehearsals and choreography to costumes, creativity, and plenty of laughter (maybe some tears), our Lanti performers are working hard to bring the world of How to Train Your Dragon: The Musical JR. to the stage.

Whether you’re a longtime theatre lover, a fan of dragons, or just looking for a fun afternoon out with the family, this is an adventure you won’t want to miss!

Bring the whole family, invite your friends, and come cheer on these incredible young performers as they take flight!

Hope everyone had a restful weekend! We sure did, especially after spending time with our Lanti families at our 9th Annual Lanti Bonfire!

We loved seeing the kids shoot hoops, gather around the campfire, recreate favorite moments from past performances, and, of course, roast marshmallows! These are the moments that make our Lanti community so special.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out, brought delicious treats to share, and helped make the evening memorable. And an extra-special thank you to the Blantons for opening up their incredible backyard retreat for our Lanti family to enjoy!

Here’s to making memories onstage, backstage, and around the campfire!

Look at what we can do when a community comes together!

Every pair of socks is a small act of kindness that can make a big difference for someone in need this winter.

Thank you to everyone who has donated and helped make our Socktober event so special!

There’s just ONE WEEK LEFT to make a lasting impact! Let’s fill those baskets and share a little warmth with our community. If you’re coming to the bonfire on Saturday, we will collect socks there as well! See you there!
