Today a did my first cold plunge (almost) straight from the bed. There was a long battle in my head but the urge to go into the ocean won! Yaay! 🩷

Sometimes I work at the beach 🩷 by @laramercedesxo

I’ve wanted to learn how to ride a skateboard since I can remember.

At 10 years old there was one failed attempt and I haven’t stepped on it again. And every year after I thought I’m too old to start now, what’s the point, I don’t want to break anything, all the excuses I could think of.

And now at 33, the oldest I’ve ever been, I realized how young I still am and got a longboard and then switched to a skateboard. Other than that one accident in November 🤣 I’ve had a lot of fun skateboarding the streets of Vancouver Island.

I’m might even learn a trick, who knows 😜
