This day in London (years ago now so sad :() I saw the famous sunflower painting by Vincent. This was so special since a lot of my art is based on sunflowers. I have such a personal connection to them. I grew them every summer from first grade to like 9th grade! Very fun experience :,)

This, of course, was in Seoul! I still have things to share from this trip and others I’ve done.

This day I got really car sick on the drive up but we ended up getting the best views. We were walking around the neighborhood looking for other historic buildings and then found a restaurant and devoured everything. The houses we walked by over here were like rich rich people…. The houses were gorgeous….

📍Gyeongbokgung Palace
This Day we decided to go to Gyeongbokgung Palace. In Seoul, they have so so many historic structures. That’s so beautiful that they are able keep them around for so long and in A CITY. Fascinating. I wish America was able to keep historical buildings more available in today’s world. They have so much life and brilliance to them. Not that America has buildings like this, but what we had would be to keep around.

Family TRIPPP!! I love you so much @meghanf5 and @amplefocus 🎉💟❇️ visiting South Korea with you was AMAZING.
Going to these places, seeing new people, a new culture, a new LIFE. It’s something I’m always craving. Being able to visit artists studios and seeing their work, to attempting to speak what little Korean we knew with locals, was thrilling.
If you even have a glimpse of a thought to want to visit places you’ve never been you should GO. You thought about it for a reason.
I left the audio on what clips I could, I love to be able to hear the environment in these videos too…
@theresa848_ inspired my video skills with this one thank you

📍Seoul Museum of Korean Folk Music
Came across this museum when we were on our way to Changdeokgung palace. We were trying to get information for the following day so we knew what time to get there for tickets. (since they always sell out quick and has a long line) We walked by this amazing building, and it was a museum! Had to stop by. They had headphones connected to the wall to listen to different years and styles of Korean folk music. The museum was small but had a lot of history.
I really like physical media for music. CDs, Vinyl, and even cassettes, which I haven’t spent too much time with… but would love to. by @larnfenny

This aspect of the trip was in Busan, exploring local cafes and art shops, more than we did in Seoul. This attraction here was the Busan Sky Capsule. Each train was colored and rode along the sea side at a pretty slow speed so you could take everything in. It was so cute! I love how the windows opened to allow fresh breeze to swoop in during the ride.
And yes I did randomly wave at people while I was on it and they waved back. It was adorable. by @larnfenny
