Happy Grand Rising and Wishing you all a blessed day today! I hope that whatever you’re going through, that God is helping you grow through it, too.

Wanted to record some of the fog last night, but also the late night drive going home, too.

This is my drive back home multiple times a week and quite often when I take time to reflect on the day. Both of my boys are non verbal and have therapy sessions everyday after school , so I make sure to be there whenever to cover when she has work or unable to attend. Quite often, these drives end with me coming home at 11 or midnight. During that drive I’m grateful for the time I was able to spend with them and make sure to value each moment I have with them… and my cats too 😅

So much of my life has changed within the past decade that it was hard to recognize who I even was or became until the past year. It’s in times of isolation that I felt refined by stripping down of everything that I am not to make room for everything that I am.

Being present is a gift for everyone around you and you value so much more of your own attention by placing it into the hearts of those that grow from your appreciation.

I hope whatever you’re going through that God is helping you grow through it too.

How many times did we hear this phrase growing up?

“Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me.”

One of many of the most disingenuous phrases that keeps on being regurgitated from generation to generation . Life and death are in the power of the tongue and, whether you believe it or not, the intention of the words you use act as a key that unlocks a spiritual doorway.

People often think witchcraft as something mystical, but we often don’t realize how deceptive it can really be in our everyday lives. Deception and manipulation are often subtle that we don’t realize or understand whats happening to us until our spirit awakens us. Our body becomes on high alert or anxious when we feel the presence of an unstable environment.

It comes in many forms but can be identified as; Gossip, half truths (lying by omission of information), triangulation, character assassination, avoiding accountability, smear campaigns and blame shifting.

All of these forms require the subversion and manipulation of the truth, which takes roots with death itself.

When you avoid accountability, there is no room for self reflection. Taking the time to self reflect will allow you to grow and multitude of levels. The willingness and open mindedness of not being trapped in your ego allows, frontal cortex development, but also prevents you from being in a cycle of fight and flight. Our bodies will take that information and process that internally to the point that we can feel “threats” when someone is operating through different channels.

Shattering a persona can be one of the most liberating things you can do because you finally can let go of the spiritual baggage. We finally see outside the box because the frame doesn’t allow us to see the whole picture.

Sometimes you have to break down before you eventually break through. When you finally hit rock bottom, it’s one of the best foundations you can build off of. Fall down 8 times and get back up 9.

Whatever you’re going through in your life, God is helping you grow through it too.

I love you and want to remind you that your life has tremendous value. Keep your head up and take things one day by @late_nights_higher_thoughts
