Hey family and friends! 🍂 Just sharing something special we have coming up!

Spectrum Learning Academy and Spectrum Learning Foundation are coming together for our 1st Annual Fall Festival! 🎃🍁 This partnership is all about creating more opportunities, experiences, and community support for children with special needs and their families.

I know I have several special needs parents and families on my page, so I wanted to make sure you all knew about it. We’re creating a fun, welcoming environment where our kids can enjoy games, food, indoor trick-or-treating, raffles, and all the fun of fall at their own pace. 💙

Saturday, October 24th from 10 AM–12 PM

This is so close to my heart and I'm so excited to see our first annual fall festival come together!💙🧡💙🧡💙 by @latiese

Happy big 23 Journey!! Mama is so proud of the woman you're growing into! A businesswoman, leader, and overall amazing person! Can't wait to see what this next year brings you!! I love you to the moon!! by @latiese

From a thought, to a vision, to a plan, to reality. ❤️
Just look at GOD!!

What began in just 700 square feet small cramped room has grown into more than 14,000 square feet of space intentionally created for our scholars to learn, grow, thrive, and feel supported.

This journey has been filled with faith, late late nights, sacrifice, perseverance, gratitude, and so much love. Oh and a million tears lol!!

To every student, parent, teacher, therapist, administrator, staff member, and supporter who has played a part in this journey, thank you!!! This moment belongs to all of us.

We are incredibly proud to welcome our families and community into the new home of Spectrum Learning Academy. We couldn't even capture the beauty of it all because we were inside the moment! So we missed so many beautiful faces but we shared so many moment in person.

The building is ready. Now it’s time to fill it with learning, growth, joy, breakthroughs, and memories that will last for years to come. We are so grateful and proud

Welcome home, SLA Eagles. 🦅❤️ by @latiese

One last thing I'd love to share with everyone. 💙

As many of you know, specialized private schools for children on the autism spectrum can be incredibly expensive and can be over 33,000 annually . While these programs are life changing, they can also be financially out of reach for many amazing families.

That's one of the reasons we created the Spectrum Learning Foundation, a 501(3)(c). Our foundation exists to provide tuition scholarships, help cover therapeutic services like speech, occupational therapy (OT), and physical therapy (PT), and purchase sensory equipment and classroom resources that help our scholars learn and thrive.

Here's where I'd love to ask for your help. ❤️

One of the biggest ways you can support us is by simply sharing our school and our foundation. If you know someone who owns a business, works for a company that gives back to the community, serves on a nonprofit board, or has connections to corporate giving programs, we'd be so grateful for an introduction.

Sometimes one conversation, one share, or one connection can completely change a family's future. Thank you for cheering us on, believing in our mission, and helping us make this dream possible for so many incredible children and their families. by @latiese

I'm so excited to officially announce our new campus opening up this August! 💙💙

Our new campus gives us 13,000 additional square feet dedicated to helping our scholars thrive, including:
💙 A beautiful lunch room
💙 A calming sensory room
💙 An indoor gym
💙 More classroom space
💙 More opportunities for amazing children and families

We’re officially NOW ENROLLING and welcoming new families into our school community.

If you know a family looking for an incredible special education program, I’d love for you to share this post. Every share helps us reach another child who could benefit from what we’re building.

Here’s to new beginnings, bigger dreams, and changing more lives. 🦅💙 by @latiese

Always holding you in my heart! The laughter, lessons, and days spent together, I'm thankful for all of it! I miss miss miss you! Especially today! Happy daddy's day 💙 by @latiese

The role of a mother already requires wearing so many hats. But when you add the role of being a special needs mother, those hats become even more layered, demanding, beautiful, and deeply meaningful.Thank you to the parents of Spectrum! We see how much you pour into your babies every single day. We see the patience, the advocacy, the encouragement, the strength, the tenderness, and the endless love you carry into every moment. We see how you build your children up, how fiercely you protect them, and how intentionally you celebrate every victory, big and small. We are so thankful and grateful to walk alongside you on this journey. A mother is home. Your love creates safety, comfort, confidence, and belonging for your children, and that is one of the most powerful gifts in the world. I also want to note all the ways our students are communicating using language, AAC, and sign! Wishing everyone the absolute best Mother's Day weekend! by @latiese
