Oowee let's start our day with Laughastè!

Before you greet the world, greet your nervous system. 🗣️🧬
How you start your morning sets the baseline for how you respond to everything that follows.

When you intentionally prime your body first thing, you aren't just reacting to life you are expanding your capacity to hold it all, including Eusteess, the blissful, expansive demands of your day.
That shift starts with your vagal tone.
By activating the vagus nerve early through sound, breath, and somatic release, you directly increase your nervous system capacity.

You move out of subtle defense mode and into grounded regulation, giving you the bandwidth to stay anchored no matter what crosses your path.

That is the power of the Oowee Verbal-Somatic Pattern Interrupt (V.S.P.I.). It disrupts morning stagnation, activates diaphragmatic tone, and resets your internal baseline so you navigate your day from grounded clarity instead of depletion.

Ready to give your joyful risings an intentional upgrade?

Get full access to the Laughastè™ Somatic Practice Suite, featuring:
The Oowee V.S.P.I. Guided Audio Practice

The L.I.B. System (Laughastè™ Infused Breathwork)
Comprehensive companion guides to support your integration.

Oowee, did you Laughastè today?

The L.I.B. System™ is the bridge between mental clarity and somatic release. Inhale low, exhale the laugh, through targeted acoustic sounds, and let your nervous system catch up to your internal shift.

Save this for the next time you interrupt the pattern but nervous system needs more support to shift states.

Oowee, RAspectfully as a melaninated millennial who has decided to RAleased the armor, the title, and the passed-down role of being the “Strong Black Woman,” I RAfuse to let the eustress of this choice turn into distress.

Sustaining the positive perspective of being a cycle breaker is so deeply important. Choosing a totally different way of life than the one you were told you should live takes confidence, courage, and lots of intentional laughter.

Because let’s be real, sis, building the life of your dreams while unlearning survival mode can stretch your capacity. That positive eustress (the kind that comes with growth, leveling up, and doing things your family never saw done) can easily morph into chronic stress if your nervous system doesn’t know how to hold it.

You can’t out-think a nervous system trying to protect you from unfamiliar success. You have to laugh your way through it.

That’s why inside The HEALarious Haus Of Laughastè™, we don’t just talk about breaking cycles, we give your body the physical tools to sustain them:

* Pillar 1 (Oowee V.S.P.I.™): Catches those high-achiever stress loops in real-time so you stop running old survival scripts.

* Pillar 3 (The L.I.B.™ System): Uses acoustic frequency breathwork to automatically flush out cellular tension when the pressure builds.

* Plus our complete Somatic Practice Suite: OND-T sensory support, 21 Yoga Asanas, nervous-system nourishment, and Laughfirmations to lock in your alignment.

You’ve earned the right to build a life filled with ease, joy, and peace. It’s time to stop surviving your ambition and start somaticizing your alignment.

Sis, Are you ready to step into your ease and sustain your growth?

💛 Comment “SUITE” below, and I’ll slide the link straight to your DMs to get you inside The HEALarious Haus Of Laughastè and into the Somatic Practice Suite today! Oowee, let’s RAalign.

RAspectfully, everybody’s talking about breaking generational trauma, but let’s talk about the silent killer no one is addressing: generational stress.

As melanated millennial women, so much of the chronic tension, hyper-vigilance, and high-functioning anxiety we carry isn’t even ours, it was patterned into our nervous systems by watching the women before us survive. But operating in perpetual survival mode comes at a heavy cost: it impacts our cardiovascular health, fried adrenal systems, chronic inflammation, and robbed peace.

You cannot out-think an inherited stress response. You have to get your nervous system out of survival mode And medicine doesn’t always come in a bottle—sometimes it comes through the healing frequency of somatic laughter.

That is where The Laughastè™ Somatic Practice Suite steps in.
We don’t just talk about regulation; we train your nervous system for it through our six core pillars:
Pillar 1: Oowee V.S.P.I.™ (Verbal-Somatic Pattern Interrupt) — Catch the ancestral stress loop in real-time and cut the autopilot response before it takes over your day.
Pillar 3: The L.I.B.™ System (Laughastè-Infused Breathwork) — Uses acoustic frequency and breath to automatically flush stored cellular tension and bring your body back into alignment.
Pillars 2, 4, 5 & 6 — Complete somatic support combining our signature OND-T sensory spray, Laughastè Yoga, nervous system nourishment, and HEALarious Laughfirmations.

It’s time to step out of high-functioning survival and into grounded alignment, sis.

We’ve carried enough that didn’t belong to us. It’s time to trade high-functioning survival for deep, embodied ease.

Get inside The HEALarious Haus Of Laughastè™ and access the complete Somatic Practice Suite today. Comment SUITE to get the link.
Or link in bio to start your shift.

I look forward to laughing with you soon.

Oowee!! And do hahahaha RAspectfully and intentionally getting my giggle on! And why?? Bcuz Im taking medicine!

HEALarious fam, collective cousins did you start your day with Laughastè?

Laughastè is the best slept one modality you can use to access your internal pharmacy!

What is Laughastè, What does Laughastè mean?
Laughastè™= To make conscious choice to engage in the act of laughter as a modality.

When you put that RAspect on the fact that you were born with a god given built in mechanism to assist you to access your internal pharmacy at any given time. Need you will see why Laughastè™ has been the most slept on modality.

And the the reason why I don’t say, laughter is because we laugh all the time but we don’t use it intentionally. We have a third party relationship with laughter outside of jokes and comedies, we do not initiate, laughter intentionally.

And that’s HEALarious... not funny but HEALarious 😢🤭🤔 because we have literally been told our whole lives that laughter is the best medicine. See how they always put it in our face. But we still don’t pay attention.... RAspectfully Speaking.

Collective cousins how y’all healing!?

I’m talking to ladies my divine RAflections…. How you healing? Oowee… What patterns are you interrupting??

But first do you know what counts as a pattern?

🟤 Thought 💭 patterns
🟤 Behavior Patterns
🟤 Emotional Patterns

Now what are your patterns?
What are you thinking, how are you behaving, how are you showing up emotionally?
And How do the interrupt the pattern?
.
If I told you that most of these patterns are generational the stress loops that we are experiencing is generational… Yup!!
