✨ London Friends – I'm Putting the Feelers Out... ✨

I'm considering bringing a new offering to London:

Laughter Meditation Journey

A guided wellbeing experience weaving together laughter, breath, stillness and sound.

Not a traditional meditation. Not a sound bath. Not Laughter Yoga.

Instead, a carefully held journey that invites you to move through different states — from playfulness and joy, into presence, quietness and deep relaxation.

A chance to:

✨ Let go of stress and tension
✨ Reconnect with yourself
✨ Experience more joy and lightness
✨ Slow down and be present
✨ Share a unique experience with others
✨ Leave feeling calmer, lighter and refreshed

With over 10 years of experience facilitating laughter, meditation and sound-based wellbeing experiences, this is something I've been quietly developing and would love to explore further.

Would this be something you'd be interested in?

Drop a ❤️, 😂 or comment below and let me know.

Laugh. Breathe. Pause. Listen.

✨ Gong Bath & Sound Journey ✨

This Saturday in London (Angel, Islington)

One of London's most experienced gong bath facilitators with over 10 years of experience sharing the transformative power of sound.

Take 75 minutes to step away from the noise of everyday life and immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of gongs, singing bowls, drum, chimes and other therapeutic instruments.

Simply lie back, get comfortable and allow the sounds to wash over you.

Many people leave feeling deeply relaxed, calmer, lighter and more refreshed.

📍 Angel, Islington, London 🕠 Saturday | 5:45pm – 7:00pm 🎟 Booking essential

Whether you've experienced a gong bath before or are completely new to sound journeys, you are very welcome.

Give yourself permission to pause, reset and recharge.
