When I think about the last 8 years @ironcycleclub, I think of one word, resilience.

The general ups and downs of being a small business, having babies, COVID, my mom’s brain cancer and her passing, have been some of the hardest moments of my life. One of the only things that kept me going was this place and doing what it is we do.

The WHY behind what we do at the club : Physically challenge your body and your mind to build resilience, so you know exactly how to fight through the hard moments in life.

Pushing the body, pushing the mind, fighting through moments of fatigue mentally and physically and then knowing when to recover, and then be able decide to keep going is what we develop and foster.

And the best thing about it all, is doing it alongside all of the amazing people who make up this special club. No matter where you are at, there is something there for you to learn and to take with you. To challenge, to celebrate and to rise again, and I can’t wait to do it alongside of you for another year 💪✨❤️ by @laurajoyrobinson

Living life with you and checking off everything on my wish list ❤️😘✔️ by @laurajoyrobinson

Follow me for a week as the general manager for IRON CYCLE CLUB!

I feel truly blessed to be in this roll that balances a career, fitness, and motherhood. So much behind the scenes work that goes in to delivering a seamless experience in our club, but I wouldn’t have it any other way ❤️

I’m almost 8 years into this and I haven’t stopped learning! So many things have come at us… literally multiple cars through our front door 😂, COVID lock downs and learning how to pivot a new business and in general navigate the fitness industry through never ending ups and downs of trends.

But I am so proud to say we have created something so special at Iron Cycle. We have created a group fitness space that is genuinely inclusive of every body, using techniques and programming based on exercise science, and we have a group of absolutely amazing and inspiring people that operates off of team work vs competition. Because our passion is YOU! Making sure that YOU have the best opportunity to move your body safely and in a way that leaves you feeling strong, empowered and energized!

This place is truly my heart and soul and I hope you feel that as soon as you walk in! See you in club soon 💪 by @laurajoyrobinson

And then we do it all over again…

Perfectly targeted glutes in MOVEMENT every time!

So thankful for all these little moments @artandtheaerialist captured.

This is Charli. Constantly charging forwards with me in tow 😂 Funny how I think she has so much to learn from me, but it seems to be me learning from her ❤️
