Your sense of humor, your ability to connect with so many people, your passion for all things music, your random facts, and your intense curiosity about all parts of the world we live in are going to make your life so exciting and interesting to witness. I could not possibly be more proud of you!! Love you so, so much!! by @laurasdance
Happy 21st birthday to my beautiful girl! always said that Allie is a cat, and she is similar is so many ways. But this year Allie became a lioness! Her bravery and courage, have been unparalleled this year. I am so proud of this young woman and so incredibly happy to call her my daughter. I can’t wait to see her make her mark on the world. I love you with my whole heart Allie Boo! Have the happiest birthday yet!! by @laurasdance
Happy 20th birthday to my beautiful daughter - my rock, my heart, and my best friend! Nothing makes me prouder than watching you find yourself, become an independent, confident woman, who is making her own story and her own life. I love that you are unapologetically you, assertive, stand up for what you believe, and are true to yourself always. Watching you handle yourself this year through all the new, scary, sad, and fun times has made my heart full. You love so big and so hard. You are so funny, intelligent, thoughtful, and passionate. We have had some hard goodbyes this year, and have been by each other’s side through all of it. But through those losses, I’m so happy to watch as you find your place and your people. I love you with all of my heart and absolutely love having you as my daughter and best friend!! by @laurasdance
Happy 15th birthday to most entertaining boy I know! Every year you make me even more proud, more amazed, and make me laugh more than I thought possible. From watching you play basketball to our conversations in the car to your crazy pirate calls and your endless stream of unusual facts and all your big dreams that I have no doubt you will make happen, you are able to make every day better. I love you so very much! Have the best day being a dog dad☺️ by @laurasdance
Happy 19th birthday to my sweet baby! What a year it has been for my sweet girl! So many firsts and lasts! The ups and downs of this year have been pretty much unprecedented. But I can honestly say that through all of it I admire and am amazed and this beautiful young woman. From taking on being a spokes person for the struggles of anxiety through her art, to learning to deal with the many disappointments this year has brought, to watching her attack her goals with a fierce passion and dedication only to find out once again some times what’s inside shiny boxes isn’t at all that it seemed, to traveling all over on her own to pursue her true passion, to letting go of the old to make room for the new, to finding her way in a big city all on her own, and ultimately learning how to be alone when you are in this hard transitional college aged period and still stay true to yourself. Although she often thinks she is supposed to have it all figured out (I can attest that that really never happens), she still has the conviction and self-worth (even though she will argue she does not) to know herself better than most adults know themselves to allow herself not to be pushed in directions she knows will not fulfill her. It is an amazing journey to watch as your best friend flies out on her own and actively trailblazers her own path that meant for only her! I love you with my whole heart Allie! I hope this year helps you find clarity, purpose, and passion! Happy 19th my sweet, sweet girl! by @laurasdance
Happy birthday to my sweet boy! You make every day better with your crazy facts, sense of humor, passion for your favorite things, and just plain silliness. I’m so lucky to be your mom and so very proud of the smart, funny, caring, socially aware, conscientious, empathetic person you are. Have the best day riding roller coasters!!! Love you so much!! by @laurasdance
Happy 18th birthday to my beautiful baby girl and my very best friend. While it is hard for me to believe that you are technically an adult now, when I look back on this last year you definitely have earned your place in the grown up world. The loss and heartache that you have experienced and that has defined this past year has also shown how ready you are to handle the world. You have proven resilient and strong, you have remained true to yourself no matter the cost, you continue to be a role model, leader and inspiration to so many, and you have triumphed over adversity. And while in the moment of each heartache this year it may have felt as if you didn’t think you would make it through, some how you (like the cat I’ve always said you were) seem to have 9 lives and land back on your feet. The way you stand up for yourself and those you care about, are so real, and know your morals and priorities without doubt is something that is most adults could use more of. I hope you have the happiest of birthdays and a year full of fun and firsts!! I love you so big Boo!! by @laurasdance

I want to wish the happiest of birthdays to my sweet boy! I cannot believe you are officially a teenager. I am proud every single day of the young man you are. Your sense of humor, your work ethic, your tender heart, your curiosity, and your generosity are just a few of the traits that make me so lucky to be your mom. This past year has presented you with quite a few trials, and I watched you knock each and every one of them down with a positive attitude and a passion for what you do. Your drive to be the best student and the best basketball player you can be is not only inspiring but something that is going to make you so successful. I love that you want to know and understand the world around you and are willing to learn and investigate new and unusual topics just for the sake of learning. I love that you are so careful not to hurt other people’s feelings and have the biggest heart. But most of all, I love how you make me laugh. You are one of the funniest people I know, and you can always put a smile on my face. And even though you may be bigger than me, you will never be too big to be my baby or sit on my lap! Have the best day ever my little buddy!! @ashton.hazelwood by @laurasdance
