It’s been a long while since I have shown my face on here! We have a bunch of new followers so let me re-introduce myself. I started my business many years ago as a side gig to support my two daughters. I was a single Mom just trying to get by and needed another way to make income alongside my corporate job. I thought “what am I good at?” Well there was one thing I loved and I was super good at, which was cooking and I was taught all of the authentic, Vietnamese family recipes from my daughter’s Grandma. And so Laura’s Fabulous Rolls was born. I took my products to the Saskatoon Farmers Market - Riverlanding location and spent 5 years there building my business. My girls were very young and I have had them by my side since the beginning. They would set up camp under my table and eat snacks and watch movies while I sold my spring rolls and cold rolls with peanut sauce. They have seen me work hard through it all and I now see it in them in their own careers and upcoming post secondary. I have also immersed myself throughout the community doing fundraisers for different organizations in Saskatoon with my spring rolls, helping to raise money for what ever the cause may be….sports teams, dance groups, elementary schools, band groups, you name it and I have been honored to help out and for all of you who have chosen and supported my business! 2025 has been a journey! It has been about being courageous, putting myself out there and being seen, taking a different direction with my business. You can find me at various artisan markets throughout the year, which has been an absolute blast! I get to be part of an amazing community of like minded entrepreneurs and have my girls join me and help me at the markets. I also have my products available for purchase in at the following stores below so that you can enjoy them whenever your tastebuds desire! @thelittlemarketbox @saskmade @dadsorganicmarket_saskatoon @nourish.canada @bodyfuelorganics @prairiemarketsk @skipabeet by @laurasfabulousrolls
