He eats it! #yourewelcome by @laurelbeard

I had 83,000 people watching me make cards and I still thought twice about buying mascara.

A woman recognized me at the hair salon once and I thought, that's it, I've made it. And then I didn't feel any different. Because being known and being important are not the same thing, and nobody was ever going to sit me down and explain the difference to me.

So I got bored, which is my whole personality, and Justine and I built the summit business, and that one made real money. Then I went looking for something to run it on and everything out there was butt ugly. So I built it myself. Now I make the websites, the funnels, the automations, and the platform to keep it all in one place for women who are brilliant at their actual job and drowning in everything around it.

The part I've never said out loud is at the end of the video. I didn't finish college. I didn't make it a full year. I thought that was the thing holding me back for 18 years, and it wasn't.

So what's holding you back? I actually want to know. by @laurelbeard

Mr. Swift. 9th grade. I got a body wave, which was the correct move in the 80s, and he told me in front of the entire class that he couldn’t believe I got a perm because now my hair was even bigger.

What a putz.

I went home, cried, and then kept my hair short for the next 40 years. I told everyone it was because the tools didn’t exist for hair like mine, which was true.

I did not mention the other part, which is that I decided nobody was ever getting the chance to say that again. by @laurelbeard

Facebook pages get 2 free linked posts a month. After that, you pay.

A funnel that does not convert and automations and follow-ups that are not set up correctly just became more expensive to keep pointing traffic at.

Your website is the one place on the internet you actually own. Meta can update the algorithm, move the reach, change the pricing, and rewrite the rulebook any day they want.

Your domain does not move. The funnels, automations and follow-ups behind it do not get repriced by a platform announcement. They either work every time someone lands there, or they do not.

The question is whether yours are working. If your site is not converting, your funnels are held together with hope and a prayer, and your automations and follow-ups have not been touched in months, you are not posting links to assets. You are posting links to gaps.

Comment SYSTEM and I will send you my Money Diagnostic. It shows you exactly which parts of your system are earning and which parts are quietly costing you. by @laurelbeard

How Brooke went from 2 platforms to 1 system that books her clients. Want yours built next? Email me: laurel@thefunnelqueens.com by @laurelbeard

6 women, 6 businesses, and not one of them said the website was pretty and stopped there.

Teresa, Wendy, Sparky, Brooke, Naomi and Bobi all came to me with a different mess. Wendy had a website, funnels, emails and automations and follow-ups that never talked to each other. Naomi was bouncing between 5 or 6 different tools, and Bobi had 6 that never spoke. Now every one of them runs on 1 system, and the part they keep bringing up is that it finally works together.

That is the whole job. I build the entire system your business runs on inside The Funnel Queens platform, and then I stay in it with you while you learn to run it. Pretty is the bare minimum around here, not the goal.

If your tools are still not speaking to each other, comment SYSTEM and I will send you my free money diagnostic. It takes about 2 minutes and shows you exactly where the money is slipping through. by @laurelbeard

Throwback to when I bought this high-dollar espresso machine because I wanted to learn how to make latte art. Long story short, and lots of milk wasted. I never did. So now it sits as a beautiful decoration in the kitchen.

Don't let your website or funnel be an example of this. A non-converting funnel is just decoration.

Enough said. by @laurelbeard

Card design tips for cardmakers who are done buying more to fix a card that feels off.

30 Days to Becoming a Better Cardmaker is 1 short lesson a day from Justine and me, starting November 1, on things like where your focal point sits, how to repeat a color, and when to stop adding. You won’t need a single new supply.

It’s $19 at stressfreecardmaking.com/30days, and the 6 downloads are included if your grab your spot before November 1st!

Which one do you struggle with most, layout or color?

Do you center your focal point or move it? by @laurelbeard

I bought 2 horses at 48 without a single riding lesson, and it’s still the smartest dumb thing I’ve ever done. For 40 years I waited to feel ready, and ready never showed up. So I bought them first and figured it out second. It’s the same way I built everything else.

My YouTube channel started rough and grew to 83,000 subscribers. I launched a summit with Justine, having never run one, and now we run 2 successful summits ever year. I've built every website, funnel, and all the automations and follow-ups behind them, I figured out the hard way, which is exactly why I started The Funnel Queens. Now women pay me to skip the part I suffered through.

Your horse might be the website you keep apologizing for, the offer that’s been sitting in a doc for a year, or the price you know is too low. Waiting isn’t going to make you more qualified. You get good after you start, never before. What's holding you back? BUY THE HORSE.

Tell me your horse in the comments. by @laurelbeard

A booking, a payment, a welcome email and a follow-up all happened while I was on this float in my pool in the middle of the day!

If your business only makes money while you’re sitting in front of it, that’s a job with extra steps. Most women I talk to are brilliant at their actual job and drowning in everything around it, answering every lead by hand and sending the same follow-up for the forty-seventh time. That is not a you problem. That is a system problem.

I build the website, the funnels, and the automations and follow-ups as one connected system on The Funnel Queens, so your business keeps booking and selling while you’re off living your life. Mine did it today while I was floating in the pool in the middle of the day. Comment FUNNEL and I’ll tell you what I’d build for you. by @laurelbeard

Spent a week between London and Zurich, and I did not open my laptop once.

We played life-size monopoly, climbed Downing Street, and I found the Lindt chocolate fountain, which is exactly as dangerous as it sounds.

The best part was Zurich, where Justine met up with us and we ate fondue like it was our job.

While I was gone, my business ran itself thanks to the system that I have set up. Funnels, automations and follow-up = done. Thank you to The Funnel Queens. by @laurelbeard

Your follow-up should not need you awake at 11pm to work. Most women I talk to built a business that only makes money when they are sitting in front of it, with a calendar in one place, forms in another, and a pile of emails held together with hope and a prayer. That is not a you problem, and it never was. That is a system problem.

I build your entire business as one connected system on The Funnel Queens, meaning the website, the funnels, and the automations and follow-ups that do the job you have been doing by hand. A lead books, pays, and gets her welcome email while you are off living your life.

Comment SYSTEM and I'll send you my Money Diagnostic so you can see exactly where yours is leaking. by @laurelbeard
