One of the biggest reasons I created our fabric wall stickers is because I’m a renter! 💛

Over the years I’ve learnt that you don’t need to make permanent changes to make a home feel like yours.

Some of my favourite renter-friendly updates:

✨ Fabric wall stickers instead of paint
✨ Art prints hung with velcro command strips
✨ Investing in beautiful, accessible toy storage

They’re all small changes, but together they’ve made our rental feel like home 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼 by @lauren_sissons_studio

We have never separated speaking up for what we believe in from our business - and that is freedom & equality for all. The truth is, being anti-g3n0cide, believing in basic human rights for all, and actively anti-racist… should not be radical.

No amount of hate-filled comments or DM’s sent my way these past few years, mean anything in the scheme of staying true to and speaking up about our values. I am not pursuing this small business dream for followers, approval or for any other reason than wanting to put beautiful, positive & inclusive products into the World - and to be able to hopefully make my children proud along the way ❤️ I am so very grateful to every single bit of support we receive, and will never be able to say thank you enough 🥹💌 by @lauren_sissons_studio

A few years ago, I took one of the hardest steps of my life and decided to press charges against a perpetrator (mainly for 9 yr old me)…

When the court found them not guilty, it felt like the floor disappeared beneath me. I had carried so much hurt, disappointment and grief and for a long time I wasn’t sure what to do with it.

Somewhere along the way, I started creating.

So many of my prints are filled with the words I wish every child could grow up hearing. Words that remind them they’re loved, safe, brave, enough, worthy 🫶🏼

I can’t rewrite the chapters I’ve already lived, but I can choose what I put out into the world now.

If these little pieces of art help even one child grow up believing those words, or help a parent start conversations filled with kindness and reassurance, then they’ve already done more than I could have hoped.

Thank you for supporting my small business. Every print that finds a home feels like a tiny piece of healing, and I’ll never stop being grateful for that!! 🤍 Lauren x by @lauren_sissons_studio

Just a little reminder as we head into the busiest shopping season of the year 🥹❤️

Every order, every share, every time you recommend a small business to friends and family, every bit of support means more than you know!! Behind every small business is someone doing a happy dance over your order.

Here’s to shopping small where we can this festive season! 🎄✨ by @lauren_sissons_studio

I still can’t believe that I get to send my art prints around the world each day, and that these positive, uplifting designs will hopefully make a lasting impact on the little ones whose walls that they end up on 🥹

Hearing my own children read the words out loud and point to the parts that they recognise will always fill me with joy and pride ❤️ I wish every child could grow up hearing these words, and knowing that all of their feelings are valid. by @lauren_sissons_studio

Fair trade and ethically made, so it’s play you can feel good about. We also have cheese boards, felt pasta sets, scone + jam sets plus so many Christmas treats too!! by @lauren_sissons_studio

One of my favourite things about our fabric wall stickers is that they peel straight off - with zero damage! 🥹 You can literally peel them off, pop them straight back onto their backing sheet to save for future or a move.

I’m a renter, which is why I felt so passionate about developing decor that anyone can use with peace of mind that it’s not going to damage your walls!! 🫶🏼✨🌞🌷 by @lauren_sissons_studio

Comment CHRISTMAS and I’ll send you these (plus more festive favourites) 🎄✨🎅🏽📚

A little stack of festive books, perfect if you’re building your baby or toddlers Christmas book . It’s one I’ll be reading every Christmas Eve for as long as they let me 🥹 by @lauren_sissons_studio

When your little one wants a Pokémon bedroom... but you still want it to feel beautiful 💛⚡️

The finishing touch is our renter-friendly fabric wall stickers. This is a combination of our Stars + Dots in Retro. I’m obsessed with them in this beautiful space by @my.two.sonshines

Prints that pair perfectly ✨ This duo is one of our print bundles, so you can mix + match your faves and save while creating the sweetest space for your little one 🌙 by @lauren_sissons_studio

A little Rodeo magic added to my daughters side of my little one’s shared bedroom 🌷🐴🌵✨ It never gets old seeing the walls blank in here (and remembering I kept our rental walls blank in here for the first year of us living here!) and then getting to see them with the fabric wall stickers on, and how much personality it adds.

We also have this design in the dusty blue colour palette ~ and I’ve LOVED seeing some people have both together in a joint bedroom 🫶🏼 by @lauren_sissons_studio
