Wade is off to Japan! It’s almost surreal that he will be gone for the year. I’m so excited for him❤️ by @laurenmoniz1023

This is very personal and I’m so very excited to share I’m the new owner of this precious home. It needs some work and TLC but it’s everything I could have ever asked for.

It started out as a showing for a client but after they said no, I couldn’t stop thinking about it. It was not an easy journey or a quick sale.

Right after I submitted a contract, I was told another contract was ratified. I was so sad because something inside of me told me this was mine.

A week later the contract that was ratified chose not to continue. So it was back in my hands.

I put a contract in and due to the inspection report , I hired every possible contractor I knew to look at everything. Including an amazing structural engineer.

After I had all of my reports and quotes I countered the price and my price was accepted.

She is located right in the heart of West Ashley and Johns Island and a block from the river.

I knew she would be mine but it took a lot of work to make her mine.

Now begins the work of fixing her up, putting lipstick on her, fixing some old bones, and making her feel beautiful again.

I call her “Little House” and her fun name is “Betty Boop”

She sits on a half an acre and she wants to have goats and chickens in her back yard so I said, ok, anything for you! She responded, she will “always take care of me”. ❤️ So here we go!

Follow along as I remodel and refresh her and bring her back to being beautiful, safe and happy. She might have her own instagram account soon enough ❤️

Wade is absolutely doing his life the right way!
Never out to impress others, just truly has a heart for Jesus!
He had his second birthdate when he was baptized on Tuesday evening at Seacoast Church Camp in Georgia.
I’m so proud of his journey and for surrendering his life to God✝️
I can’t wait to see his life unfold!
Japan is coming soon.
So thankful for his mentors and pastors at Seacoast West. by @laurenmoniz1023
