Here’s a little glimpse to the gal behind the “Just Sold” posts. 🤍

From moving to San Diego, to buying homes in Buffalo, performing around the world, living in Abu Dhabi, teaching Lagree, and eventually finding my way into real estate — my path here has been anything but conventional.

And honestly, I think all of those experiences have shaped the way I show up for my clients today.

So, whether you’re here for the real estate tips, the San Diego life, the synchronized swimming, Brody 🐾, or just along for the ride…

I’m glad you’re here. 😊

Now tell me — what’s a fun fact about you?

We found the house. Then we sold the house. And somewhere in between, I became the person their kids looked forward to seeing at every showing. 🥹🏡

After a canceled transaction, we regrouped, found the right home for their growing family, and made it happen. Then it was time to sell, and with the right strategy in place, we got the results we were hoping for.

Two transactions, plenty of moving parts, and a whole lot of trust.

But my favorite part of this review? The kids. 🤍

Because yes, my job is to negotiate, navigate inspections, manage timelines, and get you to the closing table. But I also want you to feel comfortable asking questions, confident in your decisions, and genuinely supported throughout the process.

And if your kids get excited when they see me pull up to a showing? That’s the kind of relationship that makes this job so special.

Real estate is a transaction, but the relationships are what make it meaningful.

Thank you for trusting me with both your home sale and your family’s next chapter. 🏡

I’m sick and tired of the headlines making people think they can’t afford to buy a home. 🤧🏡

Yes, interest rates matter. But they aren’t the only factor in deciding whether buying a home makes sense for you.

Instead of counting yourself out because of what you read in the news, start with a few questions:

🏡 What monthly payment feels comfortable for you?
💰 What does that look like with today’s rates?
📍 Are there homes that fit your budget and goals?

You might find that buying makes sense now. Or you might decide waiting is the better move. Either way, let’s make that decision based on YOUR numbers, not a headline.

My job isn’t to convince you to buy. It’s to help you understand your options so you can make the right decision for you.

DM me “BUDGET” if you want to explore what buying could look like for you. 🏡

🏡 JUST SOLD | MIRA MESA

$61,000 OVER ASKING. 6 OFFERS. 50+ SHOWINGS.

But the story behind those numbers is what matters most. 👇🏼

These are clients I had already helped navigate two tricky buy-side transactions. By the time we were ready to sell, we had built something that matters SO much in real estate: trust.

And we needed it.

Selling in September, after school was back in session, in a market where buyers have options? It wasn’t going to be as simple as putting a sign in the yard and hoping for the best.

Our most recent model-match comp had sold for $1,030,000 months earlier. But the market had changed. Interest rates were different, buyer sentiment was different, and we couldn’t price based on what a similar home sold for months ago and hope for the same result.

So we got strategic.

✨ Price it to attract attention. We listed at $1,019,000, just below that previous comp.

✨ Present it right. Fresh paint, professional staging, and a home that showed buyers its full potential.

✨ Get ahead of the objections. We secured a free termite report upfront so we knew what we were working with and could anticipate potential buyer requests before they came up.

✨ Highlight what sets it apart. The owned solar was a HUGE selling point, especially during San Diego’s recent heatwave. ☀️

My clients trusted the strategy, put in the work, and together we brought the home to market in its best light.

The result?

🏡 50+ showings between private tours and open houses
📝 6 offers
💰 $1,080,000 SOLD — $61,000 OVER asking!

This is why I believe pricing, preparation, and strategy matter so much when selling a home. The goal isn’t to pick the highest number and hope it works. It’s to understand the market, know what buyers are looking for, and position your home to compete.

And when your clients trust the process, my job is to make that strategy work as hard as possible for them.

Thinking about selling in San Diego? Let’s talk strategy before we talk price. 😉

Long before I became a Realtor, I was learning how to perform under pressure, work as a team, communicate without words, and get back up when things didn’t go as planned. 💪

I spent years as a synchronized swimmer, and looking back, I realize just how much that experience shaped the way I approach real estate today. 🧜🏼‍♀️

☑️ Teamwork. You can’t buy a house alone. You need a team, and you need a strong one. That’s why I make sure I have the best lenders, inspectors, contractors, and other professionals around me. When everyone does their part, we get to the finish line together. 👯‍♀️

☑️ Communication. Getting 8 people to do the same thing at the exact same time isn’t an easy feat—especially underwater. Communication is key. I’ve carried that into my real estate career by making sure everyone is in the know, problems are addressed early, and the deal moves with synchronicity. (Get it?) 😅

☑️ Trust your training. When you’re upside down underwater with 7 people depending on you, there isn’t much time to panic. You trust the work you’ve put in. That’s how I approach my transactions, too. I’ve done the training, so when the inevitable hiccups happen, I can stay calm and lead you through them. 🧘🏻

☑️ Consistency. You don’t become great because you had one amazing practice. You become great because you showed up hundreds of times. I show up for my clients the same way I always showed up for my team—consistently, even when it’s hard. 🤝

☑️ Resilience. Not every routine gets a medal. Not every offer gets accepted. Sometimes you can do everything right and still lose. As my girl Dory once said, “Just keep swimming.” 🏊🏽‍♀️

Turns out, I may have been training for real estate my whole life. 💦🏡

✨ Market Update: September 2026 ✨

• Single Family Homes have come down slightly from last month showing off a mix of fall market & interest rates going up
• Condos & Townhomes saw a slight dip as well
• Average Days on Market has gone up to 19 days, showing the seasonality of the market
• Interest Rates have been the biggest hit 🥴 hitting highs we haven’t seen in quite some time, we’ll see how this wraps up the 2026 year

Where do you think we’ll see the fall & winter market land? Will buyers take advantage of a slower market? Or will inventory remain low, creating the same demand?

🥂 JUST SOLD — and possibly the most unconventional way I’ve ever met a client. 😂🏡

It started with an espresso martini.

I met the bartender, we got chatting, and he mentioned that he and his girlfriend had been thinking about buying a home. So I took a chance, wrote my number on the bottom of the receipt and said, “I’d love to help you guys when you’re ready.”

A week later… I got the text.

“Can we see these two places?”

The next day we were touring homes, and we found the one. ❤️

The very next day, we were writing the offer.

And then… multiple counters. 😅

We weren’t the highest offer, but somewhere along the way, the listing side recognized that we were the right team to work with.

And because apparently negotiating real estate from a wedding is what us Realtors do… 💍📱 I spent hours going back and forth with the other side until we finally landed on a number that made sense for both the buyer and the seller.

Then came the best part: We offered a 14-day close.

Everything was going so smoothly that the sellers asked if we could close 3 days early.

Our response?

“Absolutely… but can you give us a $2,000 credit?” 😉

They said yes.

Both sides won. Both sides were happy. And we closed early.

This was one of the smoothest and quickest transactions I’ve had — and it all started with me leaving my phone number on a bar receipt.

A huge shoutout to @seanpaguirre for getting us across the finish line with an incredibly quick condo closing timeline. This transaction was such a great reminder that who you work with matters. The right agent + the right lender + good communication can make a HUGE difference.

Congratulations to my buyers on their new home! 🥂🔑

And to anyone who says, “I don’t know a Realtor…”

Maybe check your receipts. 😂

Our 4th Annual Strength in Unity on Sunday was one for the books. My whole message on Sunday was that grief isn’t linear. Just because it’s been 12 years since I lost my dad, doesn’t somehow make it easier than years past.

This type of grief can hit you out of nowhere. A song comes on, a butterfly goes by, someone going through a similar loss and seeing their pain, it brings it all back up to the surface.

I always get so torn about this event. In one sense I love bringing light to this topic but on the flip side, here I am telling everyone my most vulnerable story.

Then I see the people who showed up resonate with my pain, share their own story and suddenly I feel like I’m a safe space.

In the 4 years of doing this event, we have raised over $11,500 for the @afspnational and it feels so rewarding. May anyone reading this know you’re never alone, there’s a way through the darkest of storms & I am here.

Thank you to everyone who showed up on Sunday and for those that donated.

Thank you to @definelagree for giving us the space to workout & @theastromama_ for the beautiful breath-work at the end.
