A card pull for the collective 🙏🏼 Deck: Intuitive Whiskers by Maude Hirst 🦋 The Precious Present Moment Look around you in this moment. What can you see? Try to notice five things that you haven’t been aware of just a few moments ago, such as colours, textures, sounds, or feelings within yourself. We can so often get caught in our mind, analysing the past or predicting an unknown future, that we forget to notice so much of the beauty of this moment. Much of our suffering happens outside of this present moment, so when we can train ourselves to become more present, we take ourselves away from a lot of unnecessary pain. Whenever you feel you are caught up in the busyness of the mind, the way to guide yourself back into the present moment is to focus your attention on your breath and the physical sensations of your body, both of which are always in the present moment. It is thought that anxiety is created by the mind worrying about the future and depression is created by analyzing the past. So, by beginning to spend more time exploring the precious present moment, you will feel more peaceful. How to Connect to the Present Moment Here is an easy exercise that will guide you into the present. Look round you and list out loud: ☁️Five things that you can see ☁️Four things that you can touch ☁️Three things that you can hear ☁️Two things tht you can smell ☁️One thing that you can taste Notice how present and peaceful you feel in this moment. ☁️ #presantmoment #peacewithin #selfcare @maudehirst by @lavender_wings222
🖤✨ Samhain – When the Veil Grows Thin ✨🖤 There is something truly magical about Samhain. A time when the world seems to pause, when the nights grow darker, the air turns colder, and the veil between the worlds becomes thin. It is a time of ancient magic, deep reflection and sacred remembrance. A time when we honour those who walked before us, those whose love still lingers in our hearts, and the souls whose footsteps we may no longer hear but whose presence we still feel. As the veil grows thin, we are reminded that life and death are not endings and beginnings so much as part of one eternal cycle. The whispers of our ancestors feel closer, memories become more precious, and the unseen world seems to breathe alongside our own. Samhain invites us to release what no longer serves us, embrace the darkness without fear, and find beauty in the stillness. For even in the darkest part of the year, there is magic, wisdom and transformation waiting to be found. Light a candle for those you miss. Leave an offering for the spirits. Spend a moment in gratitude for those who came before you. Listen to the wind, trust your intuition, and honour the turning of the Wheel. May your Samhain be filled with ancient magic, ancestral blessings, gentle remembrance and beautiful moments of connection.🌙🕯️ Blessed Samhain to all. May you walk between the worlds with love, light and protection. 🖤#samhainblessings #theveillifts by @lavender_wings222

✨ Welcome, October ✨ A new month, a new energy, a new invitation to return to balance. ♎️🌿 As Libra season reminds us, there is beauty in harmony, in finding the space between giving and receiving, holding on and letting go, the heart and the mind. May this October bring a gentle recalibration of your energy. May what feels heavy begin to soften. May what is meant for you flow with greater ease. May peace replace pressure, and clarity replace confusion. I welcome this month with an open heart and a grateful spirit. 🤍 May October be a blessing, bringing balance to our lives, alignment to our paths, and beautiful new energy into everything we are becoming. 🌕✨ HARVEST FULL MOON — 26th SEPTEMBER ✨ The Harvest Moon carries the energy of completion, gratitude, abundance and release. It invites us to pause and reflect on what we have cultivated in our lives — the lessons, growth, relationships, dreams and experiences that have brought us to where we are now. 🌿 Use this powerful moonlight to: ✨ Give thanks for how far you’ve come ✨ Release what no longer serves your highest good ✨ Let go of old patterns, fears and energies ✨ Set intentions for the season ahead ✨ Make space for new beginnings ✨ Trust that what is meant for you will continue to find its way to you The harvest is not only about what we receive, it is also about recognising what we have grown within ourselves. 🌙 Tonight, take a moment to step outside, breathe deeply, look up at the Moon and simply say: “I honour what I have grown. I release what I have outgrown. I welcome what is meant to bloom next.” 🌕✨ May this Full Moon bring you clarity, peace, abundance and a gentle release of everything you are ready to leave behind. 🌾🤍 Happy Harvest Full Moon. 🌕✨ #HarvestMoon #FullMoon #FullMoonEnergy #SpiritualJourney #MoonMagic by @lavender_wings222
