Are you an introvert, ambivert, or extrovert 👀? by @lavistephie

Dry skin? Run, don’t walk 👏🏾.

Your skin wants this mask 👇🏾.

If your skin’s been feeling tired, textured, or looks like it’s asking for help (like mine has)... this is the help.

@loopsbeauty Dream Sleep Mask

Loops Dream Sleep Mask legit does what it says 🤷🏾‍♀️.

Leave it on for 10 minutes before bed 2-3 nights a week and wake up with soft and hydrated skin EVERY time.

You’ll look like you got the best sleep of your life and woke up with matching skin 😍.

Which is why it’s one of my favorites.

Level up your skin. Try it.

Have you tried Loops, yet?

Think you might have ADHD 👀?

Feeling scattered, forgetful, overwhelmed? Maybe something else?

Save this post to come back to or share it with a friend who thinks they might have it.

If you’re wondering whether it could be ADHD, but aren’t sure where to start with getting an ADHD diagnosis…

Here’s how to get clarity, step by step:

1️⃣ Tell your doctor or therapist what symptoms you’re noticing
2️⃣ Ask for a referral to a psychiatrist
3️⃣ Schedule your evaluation or ADHD assessment
4️⃣ Take the test
5️⃣ Receive your results + explore treatment options

What’s holding you back from starting the process?

I wrote a blog unpacking my diagnosis journey 👩🏾‍💻.

🔗 If you'd like to, read it, reflect, and take the first step toward answers.

If you already received a diagnosis, what do you wish someone told you beforehand?

Not therapy, but pretty close 🖍️!

If you’re looking for a way to wind down after work, try this hobby.

Coloring. That’s it lol 🤷🏾‍♀️.

When anxiety ramps up, coloring helps bring me down gently.

It quiets my thoughts, slows my pace, and reminds me to play a little.

It’s also a way to support my mental health without needing a ton of focus, which is ideal for ADHD brains.

When was the last time you colored something 👀?

Therapy made way less stressful 🧠!

Overwhelmed trying to find a therapist?

I get it. I was too. Psychology Today lets you filter by location, insurance, and a bunch more options.

That’s very helpful in taking some of the stress away.

Have you tried/started searching yet?

Me + Flowers + Jersey’s wild weather 💐

What’s the last thing you did, that you consider “play” 👀?

It’s been a goal of mine to go flower picking in the Spring for yeaaars. And each year, I’ve either placed it on the back burner or life was life-ing and I didn’t prioritize it. I almost messed around and missed it, this year 😭.

But I didn’t 🥹. And I’m glad. Had so much fun this day! This was the cutest Springtime adventure 🌷! Also known as idea #21 from my blog “Make Spring Cozier: 30 Ideas to Help You Romanticize the Season”. Blog is linked!

I felt like a kid playing around outside… picking flowers, enjoying the food trucks, and getting funnel cake 😋! I think it’s SO important to continue to “play” as you get older.

If you haven’t recently, what’s something playful you can plan to do soon ✍🏾?
