✨Entertainment Highlight✨

🪕Sean Daniels and The Law Abiding Citizens 🪕

Sean Daniels and The Law Abiding Citizens are more than a bunch of handsome fellas, they are a South Jersey–based group of pickers and players keeping the spirit of Americana alive.

Rooted in folk and bluegrass, their sound blends guitar, mandolin, fiddle, banjo, and upright bass into a homegrown mix that celebrates the timeless tradition of storytelling through song.

Each tune offers a window into life’s duality—today’s struggles and joys set against echoes of times long past. With every member steeped in both traditional and modern Americana, The Law Abiding Citizens bring an honest, hard-pickin’ performance that’s equal parts heartfelt and high-energy—delivering an authentic experience and a hoot-hollerin’ good time for listeners and players alike.

There's a place at the edge of the world 🏜️ where the cowboy hangs their hat.

Where a lovers quarrel between liberty and community negotiates itself at center stage 🎭

Travelers in the land with no attachments call it vaudeville.

Locals call it the Rhinestone Saloon 🌵✨

August 21, 2026 for one night only, Sean Daniels and the Law Abiding Citizens roll in on a bluegrass breeze to deliver a homegrown sermon of Americana strummed straight from the Jersey pines 🫐🌲 @lawabidingrass

I joined up with @lawabidingrass for the wonderful Groove at the Grove Festival at Haddon Lake Park in NJ. It had started to rain heavily about a half hour before the start time, and thankfully cleared up about an hour later. Thank you to the organizers who didn’t cancel it, and thank you to the great musicians and the many community members who still came out to it for a great time!

📸 The first photo is from the MC Majik Mike with me playing some chord harmonica.
The other video clips are of some of the bands that played @_turtlesinplaidband_ and @crickets_and_cicadas are in the next few videos. Sorry I did not get video of @lackadaisicallemon and @nikgreeley but you were all AMAZING! The last photo is of the deer I saw on the way out from the festival. Really a nice end to the evening after wondering if the rain would cancel everything.

📸Check @robsankeyphotos has a lot of great professional photos of the festival.

@hohnerharmonica Thank you for supporting me with some great harmonicas which make playing easier or possible with the Special 20s and uncommon instruments like the Chord 48. Even after years of heavy playing much of which is just from practicing, the reeds keep going! These instruments are getting around and making a joyful sound! 🏆
