and just like that we’re no longer taking baths together…happy birthday fi! 🥳🙃💟 by @laynieblank

This post is very different and vulnerable in comparison to anything typical posted on my account, but if this helps one person, then I am beyond grateful to do my part in reminding you that you deserve to be here.

Although I am now so incredibly grateful for the miniature beauties in our world, there was a time where it seemed like our world lacked any possibility of beauty. Loneliness can feel heavy. Fighting for yourself can be draining, but please remember that this world is so lucky to have you in it. You are a blessing and no one in this world can offer what YOU have to offer. In a world that can seem so independently dark, sometimes it can be hard to recognize your own light, but please know that even if you feel alone, your light and courage can carry you and you are capable of doing this!

Recovery and healing are not linear, but I can promise, with 100% certainty, that it always gets better. You are loved. You are strong. You are important. Your struggles and circumstances do not define you. And most importantly, our world is so lucky to have you in it.

It is so incredibly important to spread kindness. One act of kindness can change the entire course of someone’s day. You may never know the impact you have on people, but people will remember the impact you had on them. It is always worth it to be kind, and to go out of your way to be kind, even if it may not seem like it. Do for others what you hope others would do for you.

I finally know what a gift it is to live this life. To really appreciate the sunrises and the sunsets. To remember the small moments filled with unforgettable laughter. To experience the most uplifting and inspiring friendships and relationships. To love others. To share the good. And now, I have lived 1,096 days, rather than just existing. I owe all of my thanks to God for saving me and for providing me with relationships that have helped heal my perspective on life💝 by @laynieblank
