Vamos Brasil!!! by @lays_jones_docevida

Fibrosis after liposuction doesn’t need to be “broken down” with painful pressure or aggressive massage. Too much force can irritate healing tissue and increase pain and swelling.

Pain is not proof that treatment is working. Your recovery deserves care, with treatment appropriate for your stage of healing. by @lays_jones_docevida

Are you really having lymphatic drainage, or just a massage?

Remember, lymphatic vessels are delicate. Be careful with all that squeezing and strong pressure. Lymphatic drainage should be gentle. More pressure doesn’t mean better results. by @lays_jones_docevida

It’s hard to do it without sliding!!! No filter!!!

Fascia therapy. Today, I’m taking a little time to look after myself.

I’ve been using fascia therapy for years, and it’s one of my favourite parts of my body-care routine. My focus is on tissue mobility and keeping my skin looking smooth and healthy.

Knowing what you’re doing and why—matters. Lymphatic drainage is more than applying creams or oils and moving your hands over someone’s body. It requires an understanding of anatomy, physiology and the right technique. A regular massage is not the same as manual lymphatic drainage. by @lays_jones_docevida

What a proud mama moment! ❤️ Seeing my second son Jacob’s name on the school records board makes me so happy. He broke the 200m school record, and his name stays up there until someone beats his time! So proud of you, Jacob Jones! 🏃‍♂️👏 He also broke the record from boarding school this year 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 by @lays_jones_docevida

Look at the lifting effect as the enzyme mask dries! ✨

While the mask is moist, its active ingredients stay in contact with the skin. As it sets, you can feel it tightening and gently lifting the skin.

This firming phase is part of a treatment designed to promote circulation and support lymphatic flow, leaving the skin looking fresh and radiant. 🤍 #EnzymeMask #SkinFirming #HealthySkinGlow #FacialTreatment #LaysJonesAesthetics @jeane_braz_cosmetics by @lays_jones_docevida

Do you know how many times I have heard this, especially from family and friends?

“But if people exercise and eat well, won’t they achieve the same result?”

My answer is yes and no.

Of course, exercise and a good diet are very important. But sometimes people do everything right and still struggle with certain areas. Some fat deposits are simply more stubborn than others.

This is where the right equipment and the right techniques can help. They don’t replace exercise or healthy eating, but they can work together with them, helping with retained fluid, the condition of the tissue and those areas that are more difficult to change.

Messages like this make me so happy because the client is not only seeing the difference. She can feel it in her clothes too. 🤍 by @lays_jones_docevida

Some scars require medical treatment. Using the wrong approach, especially during the early stages of healing, may increase irritation, prolong inflammation or make the scar worse. Proper assessment must always come before treatment. #scars #laysjonestouch #muscatmums #dubaimums by @lays_jones_docevida

Does lymphatic drainage detox the body? Not by itself.

The liver and kidneys are the organs responsible for processing and eliminating waste. However, that doesn’t mean the lymphatic system has nothing to do with the body’s natural clearance process.

The lymphatic system collects excess interstitial fluid, proteins, cellular debris and metabolic by-products from the tissues. It transports this fluid through the lymphatic vessels and lymph nodes before returning it to the bloodstream, where the liver and kidneys can process and eliminate what the body no longer needs.

So lymphatic drainage doesn’t “detox” the body in the way it is often advertised. It supports an important part of the process: the movement and clearance of fluid and waste from the tissues. #LymphaticDrainage #LymphaticSystem #ManualLymphaticDrainage #FluidBalance #lymphaticdrainage AdvancedAesthetics MuscatWellness MuscatOman by @lays_jones_docevida
