Incredible night. Shout out to one of the best cameraman in Tampa Bay, @r1ckpat and unbelievable director @demiasensio for making this little boy’s night. That hockey jersey was a giveaway this year. Some girl at a bar offered me $150 for it after the game. I gave it away for a Modelo. Karma is real, Rays in 6! #raysup by @lbianchi23

It’s been an absolute honor to get to know David, Laura and their children for almost 2 years now. And yes, we are on a first name basis. That’s the type of people they are. They are genuine, they are kind, they are rooted in faith and values and they want a Florida that truly works for everyone. He believes a good education, buying groceries and putting gas in your car should be attainable and affordable for ALL Floridians. I have had some great conversations with both sides, I really encourage voters to do their research on this one. Personally, I will be proud to stand with this family on election night because I believe in better, and this is the man WILLING to fight for it.

Seven years ago when the Lightning promoted me to main playback operator, I was scared but excited. All my mother cared about was if “it came with more money” because she knew I could do it. Not in a million years did I think she’d suddenly be gone 3 very short weeks later. My mind was everywhere but on the task at hand. One night my bosses pulled (a very medicated) me aside and told me to take some time, this job would be here for me when I was ready. I walked to my car that night in tears and swear I heard my mother say “don’t blame this shit on me, you know what you’re doing!” I went in the next game and I never looked back. Tomorrow will start my 20th season and in the most uncomfortable place I’ve ever been, The Directors seat. I’m scared, not too excited but can still hear my mother say “You can’t even try to blame this shit on me (or medication) this time! You got this, how much more money?!?” I’ve been overwhelmed by the support I’ve gotten from everyone. Mostly my wife, my Aunt and the guy in this picture (I guess)…who told me during rehearsal last night “ughhh, you know you can’t just freeze up and stop calling cameras right?, I got your back…you got this, you’ll be fine, I won’t let you burn.”
I will note the last time I got a promotion, we won the Stanley Cup. So here’s to new scary adventures, a few tears tonight and hopefully a winning season! Come on boys, here we go, let’s go boys! by @lbianchi23

Sad, SAD day. 🥺 #ripdolly by @lbianchi23

It’s a bird, it’s a plane….IT’s @melaniemichaeltampa drop in!!!! In 2015 we built a friendship off of shenanigans and Lightning watch parties, and we never looked back. A friend you can go months and months without speaking to (we do) and pick up off like you spoke yesterday are the best types of friends. Apparently @juliephillipslawrence we said her name three times at dinner the other night and she popped up. Lyndsye and I loved all the gifts you’ve been collecting for us (she won’t give the compass ring back 🙄) and loved you stopping by yesterday 💙 #BoltsBesties by @lbianchi23

Attention fellow Dogmacrats!!! It’s Primary Election Day in Hillsborough County Florida!! This guy gives the BEST belly rubs and loves to push me in my stroller. He actually doesn’t like my stroller but he tells my mom that, because he is a very honest guy. He served in the Navy which makes him even cuter. I’ve known @voteluisforfl my entire life, and there isn’t a better man for State House district 64! #vote #hillsboroughcounty #district64 #DogsforLuis #navyveteran by @lbianchi23

Bring your OLD boss to work day? If you’re new here 7 years ago I was terrified this “kid” wanted my job. My mom said “she don’t want your job, she’s smarter than you!” In these last 7 years she has become one of my best friends, mentors and supporters. I’ve learned so much from her and taken it to roles my mom never got to see me in, but knew I had it in me. Thank you and BYE FELICIA!! by @lbianchi23

Can’t go to bed with out wishing a Happy Birthday to the best Aunt ever. We spent the day having pizza, saving democracy and posing with her new favorite bobble head! The most famous sheriff in all the land, Grady Judd. Aunt Betty tells it like it is, does what she wants… and has always been one of my biggest supporters. Aunt Betty will avoid confrontation at all costs, unless it comes to me, stay out of her way. Love you so much. - Lisa Bell ❤️ by @lbianchi23

This past weekend, I attended my very first Florida LGBTQ+ Democratic State Caucus meeting as the President of the Hillsborough County LGBTQ+ Democratic Caucus Chapter. (Yes, that’s a lot to say) After hearing so many great speakers and panels, to say I am more committed than ever to the work ahead, is an understatement.
Surrounded by passionate advocates, dedicated leaders, elected officials, and volunteers from across Florida was a powerful reminder that progress happens when we come together with purpose.
I made new friends, great connections and laughed with old friends. One of my biggest takeaways is that it’s okay to disagree, that we are strongest when we listen to one another with respect, even when we don’t see eye to eye. There is no time for behavior that acts in contradiction to our shared goals.
Special thanks to our Keynote Speaker DNC Vice Chai, Rep. Malcolm Kenyatta and for his motivational speech and FaceTiming my Godson at Temple University to get him involved.
