The only AI print files we like are the Adobe Illustrator ones 😅
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We promise we are not just being fussy! Here’s the most common problems we see with Ai generated files our clients send us to print on their garments:

- Low resolution - to achieve a high quality print, you want the resolution to be around 300 pixels. A screen shot of your phone screen will not cut it and makes our lives difficult trying to get your design to look sharp!

- Strange shapes and spelling errors. At first glance it might look alright, but when you look closely often you’ll find misshapen letters, objects that don’t make sense etc etc

- Wrong file types. To produce a print we need the file to be in a specific format. Sending us a mockup of a tshirt but unable to separate the print from the tee? That basically means the design needs to be remade from scratch.
