Are you still using Microsoft Forms or Excel to report on your charity?

They're great tools. But collecting data isn't the same as having intelligence.

With Wellintel, your team reports once. Dashboards update. Your impact is captured. And your reports are built, so your board and funders can see what's happening across the organisation in real time.

Send this to the person who builds your reports.

14-day free trial. No credit card required. Link in bio.

Today marks National Police Remembrance Day, when police, family, friends, and community members gather to honour and remember officers who gave their lives in the line of duty. It’s a day to remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice and the colleagues and friends we’ve lost along the way. They are never forgotten.

With honour they served 💙 by @leah.kahika

I was told that care couldn’t be measured but I wasn’t convinced.

What started as trying to prove the value of the work happening right in front of me became something much bigger. Because this isn’t just a chaplaincy problem.

Every day, charities and people-centred organisations are doing work that genuinely matters, but so much of that impact is still difficult to see, measure and communicate.

We built Wellintel to turn invisible care into real-time data, dashboards and organisational intelligence, helping organisations understand their impact, make better decisions and show the value of the work they’re already doing.

This is why I built Wellintel because invisible doesn’t mean immeasurable. Visit Wellintel.com.au via the link in our bio to find out more or send us a DM.

Our sweet boy is off on his Grade 6 Cairns trip 🥺🥹
He loves his family and doesn't like to be away from us but at the same time, we know these experiences are what grow him, challenge him and help him become more independent as he goes into high school. So excited for him! God is with him ❤️ by @leah.kahika

Over the past 7 years as a Police Chaplain, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside organisations that genuinely care for people. I’ve seen firsthand the incredible impact wellbeing services can have, but I’ve also come to realise that while organisations are exceptional at delivering care, they’re often not equipped to capture, measure and demonstrate its value.

The care has never been the problem.
The challenge has always been proving it.

Too often, extraordinary work is hidden in spreadsheets, disconnected systems and manual reporting that simply doesn’t tell the whole story.

Several years ago, I built a pilot system for our own team that proved what was possible. During two organisational restructures, we were able to demonstrate activity, outcomes and impact rather than relying on stories alone. That experience completely changed the way I thought about data. It wasn’t just about reporting. It had the potential to protect services and strengthen funding decisions.

I couldn’t stop thinking about the organisations around me. The charities changing lives while already stretched for time, yet expected to collect data, measure outcomes and prepare reports for boards and grant funding. The chaplains making a genuine difference every day but struggling to demonstrate their value and advocate for more funded hours. The large organisations investing heavily into wellbeing while leaders lacked the visibility and organisational intelligence to truly understand what was happening across their workforce. There was a disconnect between the people delivering the care and the people responsible for resourcing it.

I knew there had to be a better way.

Over the past 18 months, together with my technical co-founder, @azzamaurice, we’ve built WellIntel. A platform that transforms data into Organisational Intelligence, combining data collection, reporting, dashboards and AI driven insights to help organisations demonstrate impact, gain real time visibility and make better strategic decisions. One platform. Every level of the organisation.

Today, we’re proud to introduce WellIntel.
The Wellbeing Intelligence Platform.

Almost every faith and denomination on the Gold Coast represented in one room alongside our Queensland Police Service family.

Looking around the room tonight, I was reminded just how special this community is. The relationships that have been built over many years continue to create opportunities to serve, support and strengthen our city in ways that often go unseen. We are better together and our impact has a far greater reach.

It is an honour and a privilege to know these people.

My takeaway from tonight… There is a spiritual resilience in the Gold Coast that exists because people keep choosing to connect, collaborate and serve together for the good of our community, despite the many differences that could so easily divide us.

So proud of our babies representing their culture for our Rotuma Day celebration in Brisbane 🇫🇯 Couldn’t wipe the smile off this proud Mumma’s face watching them dance for the first time. I danced when I was younger, now it’s their turn. As much as they hated me before that first practice 🥴😂 they ended up looking forward to going every week.

Big thanks to our fam who came and supported them.

To the mums smiling in the family photos while running on coffee, dry shampoo and pure survival mode… we see you, we feel you 🤍💐💖

To my mumma @susanmorris00, you are the best mum, and I am so grateful for your love! You’ve taught me how to love 💕Missing our nanny bear, I know she is celebrating in heaven.

To all the beautiful women who cheer me on, encourage me, pray for me, challenge me, laugh with me, have been a spiritual mum to me, and have been my sisters and friends. I love doing life with you; it is such a joy! Happy Mother’s Day!

To my babies… You are pure joy! I don’t take it for granted the blessing to be your mum xx by @leah.kahika
