Melbourne Cup 🐎 by @leah.ryder_

October had it all… a whole lot of fun, hard work, resilience building, plenty of laughs, new friendships and a pretty good sense of accomplishment.

Building one business, managing another, throwing house renovations into the mix, raising a family, being the household’s unofficial personal assistant and somehow still squeezing in the things I love.

It’s a constant juggle, a little chaotic at times, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

October, you were a big one. Feeling tired, accomplished and very grateful. 🤎 by @leah.ryder_

October was alittle flat bicky… stay tuned 😆 by @leah.ryder_

Spent most of the week trying to work out where I was supposed to stand, where I wasn’t supposed to stand, and how to stay out of everyone’s way.

Not sure how much help I actually was, but I had a bloody good time trying.

Station hand or station pest? Probably a bit of both. 😂 by @leah.ryder_

Every single week I convince myself that next week will be the week I finally get on top of everything. 😂

Then next week arrives, the to-do list gets longer, another idea pops into my head and somehow we’re back to square one.

But would I have it any other way? Probably not.

The beautiful chaos of building something of your own.

Surely next week will be quieter… right? 🤣

Anyone else living in a constant state of “just get through this week”? by @leah.ryder_

Allow me to reintroduce myself… friends edition 😂

I asked a few of my friends to tell me what comes to mind when they think of me. No sugar-coating, just the honest version.

And well… here’s the raw, unfiltered reality of what it’s like to know me. 😂

Safe to say, they know me a little too well. by @leah.ryder_

I’ve been alittle quiet here, I’ve been west for the last 10 days helping some friends on their station and having an absolute blast whilst also planning for something very exciting that’s coming next year 🤫
What’s new with you? by @leah.ryder_

Success isn’t always the big win.

Sometimes it’s showing up when no one’s watching.
Doing the work when you’re tired.
Backing yourself when you’re unsure.
Trying again when yesterday didn’t go to plan.

Day in. Day out.

Keep showing up. It’s working. by @leah.ryder_

I don’t want to spend my life waiting for the perfect time.

I want the late nights, the long lunches, the spontaneous yeses, the adventures, the chaos, the big dreams and the ordinary days that somehow become the ones you remember most.

Build the business. Take the trip. Stay for one more drink. Get in the photo. Laugh too loudly. Be present with your kids. Chase the thing that scares you a little.

Life is happening now.

And I think I’m finally learning to actually live it. ✨ by @leah.ryder_

Thanks for being here while I have absolutely no idea what I’m doing 😂

What I am doing is showing up every day.

Building a business that some days feels like it’s exploding… and other days feels like it’s failing.

Making big decisions without ever being 100% sure they’re the right ones.

Backing an idea I believe in.
Learning as I go.
Getting things wrong.
Changing my mind.
Taking the risk.
And jumping all in anyway.

I don’t have a perfectly mapped-out plan for where this is going.

But I know I’d rather give it everything and find out.

So, thanks for being here for the messy middle, I have a feeling this is the part I’ll look back on one day and miss. 🤎 by @leah.ryder_
