BIKE 🏁 IM70.3 FLORIANÓPOLIS 🇧🇷 ▪️Distance: 90KM 🚴‍♀️ ▪️Elevation: 500m D+ 📈 ▪️Wind Level: 2/5 🌬️ ▪️Temperature: 15°C - 20°C Max 🌡 ▪️Time: 2h20min & 38.3km/h 🚴‍♀️ ▪️Average HR: 155 bpm 🫀 ▪️Average Cadence: 92 rpm 🔄 ▪️Ranking: 4th Women PRO 🚴‍♀️ SATISFACTION LEVEL: Okeyy ☺️ FUN FACT: Exact same Normalized Power as in IRONMAN Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿⚡️ Despite racing half the distance! 😅 My endurance engine was there, but after months of full-distance training, I could definitely feel that I was missing some 70.3-specific speed 💨 Not a bad bike leg, just an interesting reminder of how specific our bodies become to what we train for 👊 And with another full IRONMAN coming up, I’m actually pretty happy with where that engine is right now! ☺️ Regarding the Race dynamics, I went out in 12th position from the SWIM (really not my best performance there 🥹💧). I knew I had quite some work to do on the Bike leg 🤪 It was pretty fun to try and catch the ladies! I really felt like a diesel and needed some time to warm up and push the watts, they never got really high though since I’ve put 10% less than my best 70.3 performance but again, next main Goal being another FULL IM, that’s OK 🥰 Happy with the Perf anyway and that I was able to do a nice Run too afterwards 🏃‍♀️ 4th at T2 & 4th at the Finish Line 🏁🍫 Obrigada Floripa por linda competição e lembranças uma vez mais! 🇧🇷✨ VOLTAREMOS 🫶 @brasilironman 📸 by @bobmoraes 🔝 by @leariccoboni
🤓 The DATA behind my 21KM at @brasilironman 70.3 Florianopolis 🏝️ 1h26min 🏃‍♀️ 158 bpm avg 🫀 60g carbs/h ⛽️ I’ve run faster than this before, and I know I can do it again! 💪 Still building my way back to my pre-injury level, with limited running volume and speed work, right in between two full IRONMAN cycles 🔁 Happy with where I am today, but definitely hungry for more! 🔥 The goal? Keep building, get stronger, and chase a new 70.3 run PB in 2027! 🚀 🎙️ Voiceover in Spanish 🇪🇸 | English captions available! by @leariccoboni
#MedalMonday 💜💕 @brasilironman 🇧🇷 P4 Women PRO 🍫🏅 A pretty tasty Chocolate Medal actually 😋 Happy with the result & thankful to my body for another Finish Line in 2026 🥳 It hasn’t been the perfect day, but it has been another GOOD day 🙌 And most of all, I know we’ve been building in the right direction, my Runs are becoming more and more solid as my body is 💪 The tibia fracture is long behind, and I am just getting more and more hungry for what’s ahead ✨ Honored to be competing in such a beautiful place again along such a great field ⭐️ Also nice to have a Women Only field once in a while 🚺🔥 Brazilian vibes are what they are 🌴😎🫰 Obrigada Jurerê, voltaremos 🫶 A few slow days and soon back to work again, there is one more Finish Line I’m dreaming about in 2026.. 💫 ________________ by @leariccoboni

🇧🇷 SENSAÇÕES A QUENTE 🔥 | HOT TAKES | SENSACIONES EN CALIENTE ❤️‍🔥 @brasilironman 🍫 P4 at IRONMAN 70.3 Florianópolis! Chocolate medal, but a happy girl! 😜🇧🇷 I knew racing a 70.3 right between two full IRONMAN cycles wasn’t ideal for finding that extra speed and explosiveness ⚡️ But I’m genuinely happy with today’s result and, most importantly, how I felt out there! 🤗 Being battling out there with such strong & inspiring women, including two Olympians @djenyferarnold @vittorialopes and @julie_iemmolo 💪🚺 Huge congrats to the three ladies on the podium! 👏🔥 Now back to work. The bigger picture hasn’t changed. ROAD TO (classifying 😜) KONA 2027 🌺🔥 Muito obrigada, Floripa! Que energia incrível competir no Brasil! 🇧🇷🫶✨ @onlyfans 🦋 @alpedhuez ⛷️ __________ by @leariccoboni

👀🦋 Desde hace casi 2 meses también estoy mostrando otra faceta de mi día a día en @onlyfans 🩵 Un espacio donde los llevo un poquito más cerca de mi vida como atleta profesional, con mis entrenamientos, mis Athlete Diaries, el detrás de cámaras de las competencias y momentos más personales que no siempre encuentran su lugar aquí 🤭 En este carrusel les dejo también algunos pequeños vistazos de lo que comparto por allá 💙 Mucho deporte siempre y también bastante vida real 🌊🌺 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧 2 weeks back to tropical life, training in the heat (and humidity 🥵💦), but also enjoying lots of precious family moments 🫶 How incredible was it to share Icaraizinho with my 90-year-old grandma 🥹❤️ After 22 years of telling her about this little paradise, finally seeing her here, discovering with her own eyes the places we love so much, was simply unforgettable 🥰 Between training sessions, beaches, sunsets, delicious food, and family time, these past two weeks reminded me just how lucky I am to live this life. ✨ And speaking of sharing… 👀🦋 For almost 2 months now, I’ve also been showing another side of my daily life on @onlyfans 🩵 A space where I bring you a little closer to my life as a professional athlete, sharing my training sessions, Athlete Diaries, behind-the-scenes moments from races, and more personal moments that don’t always make it onto Instagram 🤭 In this carousel, I’m also giving you a few little sneak peeks of what I’ve been sharing over there 💙 #onlyfansathlete by @leariccoboni
RECAP’ ⛰️ 3 months in my dear French Alps 💙🤍❤️ First thing first: Good Food & Family Time 😋🥰 An AMAZING pool with a view 15min From home 💎 I think I’m still making progress swimming, let’s hope I could keep improving, anyway enjoying more & more the water, and with such a scenario, it was easy this summer 😇 @letapedutour 💛 Craziest & toughest Road Bike ride EVER 😱 And so many emotions to experience this at home.. Little Léa would never have imagined climbing those gorgeous mountains, she’d only lived to descent them ⛷️❄️ 1 week after: @letourdefrance 🤩 2 stages right next door! Felt so lucky to be able to watch them both from so close! Cycling my way up to a Col one day / from the VIP area on the other day ✨ BUCLET 🩵 Yeah.. I really had absolutely NO excuse not to enjoy swimming and get on the strokes 🙏 A lot of doggy time 🐶🫶 With the family, while doing sports… those shared moments really resource me after 10 years living far away in LATAM 🌎 @alpetriathlon ⛰️ So happy to get to that Finish Line as a PRO 🏁 And again, doing this at home make the whole thing so much more meaningful 🥰 @onlyfans Athlete Announcement 🦋 A huge milestone and a whole new era in my sports career 💙 Thank you so much to @nilsmoignard for putting the amazing launch video together 🎥 A lovely day of Endurance with @patagonman in Haute-Savoie 🇨🇱🤝🇫🇷 @ignacio__valdivieso & @benjamv94 que gusto verlos my friends ❤️ Annecy 💎 Sports of course but also family 🥰 Many many meters climbed on my TT Bike 📈 I enjoyed it so much even though it wasn’t all easy 😮‍💨 But with that podium in Wales I can only say it was worth it 💪 People 🫶 Always so powerful to meet with childhood friends and anybody that knew me wayyy before Triathlon! Thank you to everybody that support me in Oisans and from France in general 🇫🇷 Special thanks to: @tometthierry_velo 🦾 @hugomazille 📐 Monica, Yannick, Clairette 💧 @tmiquel 💆‍♀️ And @alpedhuez AEON my main French Sponsor for 3 years now 🤝🫶 by @leariccoboni
