When you learn to like, love, and accept yourself, ur relationships with others start to change too

Some people you outgrow.

Some people become distant because your growth makes them uncomfortable, insecure, or jealous.

And some people become even closer to you & new friendships enter your life.

And honestly, all of this is okay for two reasons:

1) Not everyone is meant to be in your life forever, and not everyone is meant to know every version of you. (That's something I've found really hard to come to terms with.)

2) As selfish as it may sound, you are here for you. You are the only person who can truly complete yourself.

Only you can:

•Love yourself unconditionally
•Grow into who you want to be
•Discover what truly makes you happy
•Heal yourself
•Save yourself

And that's empowering, not selfish.

If you're seeing this, you've probably seen a thousand people talking about ways to make money online...

25% are sc4ms, 25% don't work out, 25% of them take a lot of work with little reward & THE OTHER 25% ARE DIGITAL PRODUCTS

This digital business has been featured by Forbes as one of the highest-paid online jobs!

Some of the benefits:
-VERY beginner-friendly
-Works from your phone

-Works around you instead of the other way around

What I've gained:
-Less Stress and Anxiety around money
-Less money arguments with my partner
-Stayed out of my overdraft for the last 9 months
-Had more family days out and experiences
-We went on holiday twice last year

So, if you've been looking for another source of income, or are just tired of living paycheck to paycheck... here's this great option for you!

Christmas gatherings can be full of love, joy and good memories, however sometimes they are also full of comments we didn't ask for...

If someone mentions your body, remember: you don't owe anyone an explanation or a diet update.

Your worth isn't seasonal - it's constant

Let's reframe the 'holiday weight gain' talk with compassion and realism: bodies change, and that's okay. You can step away, change the subject, or simply say, 'I'd rather not talk about my body.'

You're not being rude - you're setting a boundary.

You don't have to shrink your joy to fit someone else's expectations. Bodies ebb and flow, just like seasons.

If I made a change to my neck / jawline, would I be prettier? Maybe

But would I be nicer, smarter, a better mum, a better neighbour or more successful, absolutely not!

And what matters more, who we are, how we treat others and how we spend are time OR HOW WE BLOODY LOOK?

Apologise for swearing, but I am honestly so fed up, yes I am insecure about it, yes it not perfect. But it's real!

I am happy, I am HEALTHY and my partner loves me just the way I am!!!

Step 1: Pause & Ask yourself: What am I feeling right now? What does my body need? Am I safe in this moment? Awareness creates interruption.

Step 2: Slow Your Breathing
• Your breath directly communicates with your nervous system. Try this Simple Reset Breath:

Inhale for 4 → Hold for 4 → Exhale slowly for 6 → Repeat 5 times

Step 3: When stressed, the nervous system often gets trapped in fear.
•Grounding brings you back to the present moment. 5 things you can see → 4 things you can touch → 3 things you can hear → 2 things you can smell → 1 thing you can taste

This helps calm the brain and body.

Step 4: Regulate Through the Body
•The nervous system responds best through phyical cues of safety.

Try: Stretching, Walking, Shaking out tension, Gentle movement, Placing your hand on your chest, Sitting in sunlight, Listening to calming music, Drinking water slowly, Humming or singing

Step 5: Speak Safety to Yourself
•Your inner voice impacts your nervous system.

Replace:

"What's wrong with me?" with: "My nervous system is overwhelmed right now.

How I felt about my body over the last 6 years....

I wanted to show that learning to love yourself or healing your relationship with your body or ACCEPTING yourself isn't an overnight or fast process.

But please don't let that put you off from starting, but you will never regret going on that journey, but you will regret staying in the negative loop you find yourself in

& If I can do it, then so can you babe
