A few shots from inside Silvergrass 😍 The kitchen, living spaces and bedrooms are all looking pretty sharp now it's finished. Plenty of solid choices throughout this one, and it's nice to finally see the whole thing together. #NorseBuild #NZBuilders #ConstructionNZ #CommercialBuild #FitoutNZ #TradieLifeNZ #QualityBuild #KiwiBuilders #ResidentialBuild by @ledge_interior_design_
One we can officially call finished. Being a corner site made the floor plan a bit of a challenge, so we created two separate wings to give the house a bit more privacy and separation. There are plenty of features and finishes we're pretty stoked with too. From chevron flooring, walnut joinery and brass features, And instead of going with white throughout, we added a bit more personality to the rooms with some panelled walls and a bloody nice shade of green. There's plenty more to show, but I'll leave that to the real estate agent to take you through. For now, I'll consider this project conquered 🫡 #NorseBuild #NZBuilders #ConstructionNZ #CommercialBuild #FitoutNZ #TradieLifeNZ #QualityBuild #KiwiBuilders #ResidentialBuild by @ledge_interior_design_
Silvergrass is getting pretty close now. This time around, Laura Bowden takes us through some of the interior design choices that are bringing the place together. We've really enjoyed working with Laura on this one. It's always good having everyone working towards the same end goal, and we're looking forward to seeing all the little details come together as we head into the final stages. #NorseBuild #NZBuilders #ConstructionNZ #CommercialBuild #FitoutNZ #TradieLifeNZ #QualityBuild #KiwiBuilders #ResidentialBuild by @ledge_interior_design_

Statement lighting, tactile finishes, and a palette inspired by nature — proof that great design is all about balance. A dining space made to gather, celebrate, and enjoy amongst friends and family. Mural / @artewalls Rug / @bremworth by @ledge_interior_design_
The heart of the home, grounded in nature. Warm timber, striking stone, and layered earthy tones come together to create a kitchen that’s both refined and welcoming. Tapware / @plumbline_bathware Benchtop / @precisionstonenz by @ledge_interior_design_
When the space flows, the light hits just right, and everything simply works… that’s good design. Quiet, effortless, and made to be lived in. by @ledge_interior_design_
