More photos and remarks to come today about our 911 Magna Remembers event, but wanted to quickly express this morning a heart filled with gratitude and joy for all of the support, effort here and from afar. Thank you 🇺🇸 You remember #911neverforget #wtc #flight93 #pentagon #343 by @leese_16

🇺🇸 Join us as we come together in remembrance, gratitude and unity to honor those we lost, those who served, and those who continue to serve. 25 years later, we remember—together. ❤️🤍💙

The evening will open with the Presentation of the Flag by members of the Unified Fire Authority and Unified Police Department, led by Piper Major and UFA Captain Anne “Sande” Storms (Ret.). Utah musicians Bonnie St. John and guitarist John Kammerer will perform the National Anthem and additional musical selections throughout the program.

Featured keynote speaker Retired Battalion Chief Mike Ulibarri, of Task Force One, who responded to Ground Zero in the days following the attacks, will share firsthand experiences from that historic time, offering a message of remembrance, resilience, and hope while reflecting on the courage and compassion that united our nation.

Free and accessible to all.

Twenty-five years later, Magna still remembers. We're sure you remember exactly what you were doing, on that fateful Tuesday September morning. The skies were clear and blue here in Utah as well.

We remember each and every year the nearly 3,000 lives taken on September 11, 2001 — at the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and aboard Flight 93.

We honor those who survived and carried the memories of that day forward, and those whose lives were forever changed by what they witnessed and endured.

We remember the first responders, recovery workers, survivors, and others who walked away from Ground Zero, only to lose their lives to illnesses in the years that followed.

And we honor those who continue to serve — our firefighters, law enforcement officers, military members, emergency responders, and everyday citizens who answer the call when others are in need.

For 21 years, the 9/11 Magna Remembers has brought our beloved community together for this solemn event. We have gathered alongside our police, firefighters, and first responders to ensure that the lives, the sacrifice, and the lessons of September 11 are never forgotten.

On this 25th anniversary, Magna remembers...

those we lost,
those who survived,
those who still carry the weight of that day.
And we promise: we will never forget.

Please join us for 9/11 Magna Remembers as our community comes together to honor, reflect, and remember.
