Are you on the hedonic treadmill??? Have you ever worked hard for something, finally achieved it, and found yourself wanting something else almost immediately? There's a name for that experience: the hedonic treadmill. We get the promotion, reach the milestone or buy something we've wanted for years. The satisfaction feels wonderful, but eventually it fades, and our attention turns to whatever comes next. I've lived that life. For years, I associated fulfillment with achieving more, only to discover that there was always another goal waiting. In our new book, Happiness vs. Fulfillment, we explore the difference between chasing happiness and building a fulfilled life. Happiness is an emotion. It comes and goes. Fulfillment is a state of being, rooted in something deeper than our next accomplishment. We can still pursue our ambitions and celebrate our successes without depending on the next achievement to feel that our lives are enough. One of the most important lessons I've learned is that we can continue growing, contributing and pursuing our dreams while recognizing that who we are today is already enough. What has helped you find fulfillment beyond your accomplishments? 📖 Happiness Vs. Fulfillment is available November 10. Pre-order your copy now at www.Fulfilled.Life or wherever you get your books. Legacy isn’t something you leave behind. It’s something you live. The kindness you extend. The time you give. The people you encourage. Every small choice adds up to how people remember you. As the book reminds us, “moments of true love and connection are what we treasure and value about life.” What’s one thing you want to be remembered for? Share it in the comments. #LivingLegacy #LegacyPlus #WhatIsMyLegacy #BelovedCommunity by @legacyplusorg

30+ years. Millions of people. One belief: when people come together around a cause, change spreads. From classrooms to boardrooms, we've brought together young people, teachers, families, companies and leaders to take action and bring others along with them. That's how movements grow, and how legacies are built. What cause would you want to bring millions of people together for? #LivingLegacy #LegacyPlus #WhatIsMyLegacy #BelovedCommunity by @legacyplusorg
Gratitude doesn't mean much if it stays in your head. It's easy to feel thankful and never say it out loud. But gratitude becomes part of your legacy when it's expressed, in a text you actually send, a moment you pause to acknowledge someone, a thank you that's specific instead of automatic. The people around you remember being seen more than they remember being told. How do you express gratitude in your everyday life? #LivingLegacy #LegacyPlus #WhatIsMyLegacy #BelovedCommunity by @legacyplusorg
Legacy isn't something you plan for someday. It's happening right now, in the choices you're making today. The way you speak to your kids. The effort you put into your work. The patience you choose in a hard moment. None of it is neutral. Every action carries forward, becoming part of the story people will tell about you. What decision are you making today that you'd want to be remembered for? #LivingLegacy #LegacyPlus #WhatIsMyLegacy #BelovedCommunity by @legacyplusorg
The next generation is watching long before they're old enough to understand what they're learning. They notice how you treat people, how you handle hard days, what you choose to prioritize. Every one of those moments is teaching them something about what a life well-lived looks like. Encouraging them to think about their own living legacy starts with letting them see yours in action, then giving them room to ask their own questions about who they want to become. How are you helping the next generation shape their own living legacy? #LivingLegacy #LegacyPlus #WhatIsMyLegacy #BelovedCommunity by @legacyplusorg
