Dom shows up. 💪

U.S. Army vet. Opening his own barbershop. Raising kids. Busy schedule, real life, and he still puts in the work. No excuses. He just does it.

Now he’s in the best shape of his life, and it’s done as much for his mind as his body.

You can do the same.

Let’s chat. We’ll look at where you are now and where you want to be in the next 6 months. Then I’ll build a plan around YOUR schedule. Not a cookie-cutter template you found online, but one you can actually stick to and work into your life.

DM me to get started. 👊

When you start making time for yourself, the results follow.

This is one of my clients, and he’s putting in the work. Ten weeks in, his results show his discipline and his commitment to the plan.

When we signed him up, he told me: “I don’t have abs. Never have. I don’t think we’ll get there.”

Now look at him: abs starting to pop, waist tightened up. And he’s only 10 weeks into a 6-month commitment.

Imagine where he’ll be at the finish line. 💪

Staying focused and disciplined isn’t just a barbershop thing for me. It’s an all-around thing, in the shop and in my personal life.

I’ll be honest: I haven’t always been disciplined in every area of my life. But @5sfitnesscoaching has helped me get back on track and become the best version of myself.

Coach @_ablakely has been a great friend, motivator, and coach through all of it. 🙏🏼

I’m 40 years old, and I’ve never looked this good or felt this good in my life.

So this post is just to say THANK YOU. And keep watching, because there’s more progress coming. 🙏🏼
