Our Founder Leila is a dance leader, exercise to music, fitness instructor, Sound Healer, practices of rest facilitator and the founder of Leila & Co. With 25 years of experience running the dance company Leila’s Performers, she has dedicated her life to movement, mentorship and building community. Her work has always been about more than choreography — it is about building confidence, empowering and creating female-led spaces where people feel seen, supported and strong. Over the past four years, Leila has immersed herself in wellness — studying, practising and teaching methods that build resilience, strength and mindfulness. Her work now blends restorative movement, meditation and sound healing to support both body and nervous system. Dance remains the heart and soul of everything Leila & Co. Wellbeing is the natural evolution of her journey. by @leilaandcompany
