Meet the smallest falcon in North America weighing in at a mere 90-120 grams. You can see how small they are in a few of these photos - they’re like little murder potatoes in the tree. 👀. Kestrels fly at speeds of 40mph and dive at speeds of 60mph.

When I’m out in the field and see a Kestrel I get excited, however when I see them in my backyard my response is very different. This guy was checking out my backyard birds like it was his own personal all you can eat buffet. Sir, this is a closed community and you are not invited. 😅

This is not about Democrat vs Republican. This is about right vs wrong. It’s about protecting wildlife, their habitat, Mother Earth and the vulnerable. Vote because their lives depend on it. Vote because what we do to them we do to ourselves. We are all connected.

It’s no stress and good vibes with these guys! 😎🦦
They always seem to be having a party and chowing down on something fishy 🐟 🦀 . They are incredibly affectionate with each other and operate a very tight knit little family. Food sharing can be tenuous but they share more than a lot of other wildlife. And check out those FACES! A face we can all love ! 😍🦦

Fall in love with fall with me ! 🍁🪾🥰

Please enjoy my woodland friends in their beautiful fall colors. Except the sharp shinned hawk … he’s not my friend but he did give me a nice flight photo so 🤷‍♀️.

And yes - I actually made the cool falling maple leaves portion of this video but can’t say how many times it took me to get it right . 🤭😅

As I watched this momma grizzly and her three adorable cubs, my heart just melted! I never thought of grizzlies as adorable until this moment. 🐻🥰❤️

What a sweet little family. The momma clearly loves her cubs and those 3 cubs are so freaking CUTE! The smallest one was always lingering behind because he was so curious about everything. He’d look up to see everyone was way ahead of him and you could almost hear him say, “ wait for meeeee guys !” 😂😍🐻

PLEASE help to protect this family and all bears by educating yourself about being bear smart. This is prime bear time (spawning salmon and right before hibernation), so be sure to make noise on the trails so they do not get startled, give them space, don’t leave food outside and don’t run if you do come in contact with them. This is their home and humans are their greatest threat.

They leave me in awe every single time I have the privilege of being with them in nature. 😍🦅❤️

Please remember to protect these beautiful creatures by not using lead fishing gear, lead bullets, rodenticide and by keeping a respectful distance from them (if you caused them to fly then you were too close!).

Check out the huge eagles nest at the end of the reel ! Definitely in awe! 🦅🪹😮

The best part of any day is having the privilege of being in the wild with these beautiful creatures. 🦅🥰

Eagles hold a deep and special place in my heart and always will. 🙏

This beauty was enjoying a coho salmon that was on its way to spawn. 🐟 🌀

Please remember to protect these beautiful eagles by never leaving fishing line behind, not using lead fishing gear or lead bullets. #protectwildlife

I had the privilege of seeing these beautiful black bears during a tour with @bellacoolagrizzlytours last week. Check out those paws and claws! 😳🐻 💅
I really enjoyed my time in Bella Coola. Truly a gorgeous place with lots of wildlife and kind people. 🙏

I’m always so excited to download my photos after an adventure. I love taking videos as well but the ability for my camera to capture exquisite detail and mood far surpasses that of a video. I think the sweet spot is a little of both. 😍

What an incredible privilege it was to observe these magnificent creatures in the wild while they began their season of feasting on the spawning sockeye salmon. A huge thank you to our amazing guides @danielmalajowicz and @kadrimka who made it possible for us to observe these beautiful grizzly bears at a safe and respectful distance, taught us about bear safety and kept us safe. You are da best ! 🙏🐻❤️

I have many more photos and videos to share from my time on the Chilko River and Chilko Lake in Cariboo BC with @chilko.experience

As a follow up from my last post … this is how it alllll began 🥰 🦭

Two Harbor Seals in the Salish Sea flirting and flipping for each other and before ya know it ….PUP!!

I’ve never witnessed Harbor Seal courtship before! It was so interesting! The female clearly picks the male and initiates by being playful. She’s blowing bubbles at him and splashing him. He then reciprocates by rolling in the water and then flipping and breaching repeatedly. I think that’s an enthusiastic YES Ma’am ! ❤️🦭
